Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was pretty good stay overall. It was a decent sized standard sized room. The bathroom was a really good size as well. What impressed me the most was how immaculately clean it was from the minute I checked in thru the duration of the stay. They cleaned the room daily and left a bottle of water when I first checked in which was nice. The staff is nice and friendly for the most part. The breakfast was also pretty good in my opinion. It’s quite varied and a great selection. As far as location, it’s not terrible but not great. It’s a 13 min walk to the metro. However there is a bus around the corner about 2 blocks where it takes 20-30 min into center of town with all major sites. If you’re looking for a stay away from the tourist sites and peaceful then this place is perfect. There are some restaurants and bars in the area that are good. The only thing I was disappointed in was with an issue I was having with a restaurant reservation. I asked the staff to see if they could contact the restaurant to double check on a reservation I made prior. The date was not available on the email I sent. It seemed like the staff was bothered by the request. Just for the record I normally handle these issues myself but it would be a costly call with my phone plan. And I figured since on the website they do state that they help with these types of things I didn’t think it was such a bothersome request. But that was the feeling I was getting back from them. Also I tried making the call from the room but they don’t allow any local calls. Other than that I would not let that minor issue overshadow my stay. I enjoyed the hotel overall.

I stayed in this hotel last month in a superior single. Very comfortable bed, great shower and enough space to unpack my things. The staff were lovely and very helpful (for instance they sorted another plug to make my adaptor work and allowed me to borrow it for a few days - I began and ended my trip in Rome). Good location but quiet. The breakfast wasn't up to much but at this price I'm not complaining. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and tidy everywhere and the staff are helpful and pleasant Our room was comfortable and there was an excellent shower. The hotel is close enough to the centre to be able to walk into in 40- 45 minutes, (although the colosseum is much closer - about 25 minutes walk) but it has the feel of being in a quiet residential setting. The bus stops a few minutes walk away and we never had to wait too long for one and it takes you right into the centre. There are a couple of nice bars right on the doorstep as well as some very good restaurants. Out favourites were Enoteca Vicino, a lovely wine bar which also serves light meals. The Place for aperitivo, and 5e28 where we had the most fantastic meal. All are within a short walk from the hotel. Our only minor gripes were the décor on the stairs which is a bit dark for me, and the breakfast which would be improved if they refilled things more quickly, however these are very minor and would have given it 4 and a half stars if I could, but we would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to fellow travellers.

You should stay here because it's clean, comfortable, and out of the bustle of the tourists of Rome. Located in a cute neighborhood with local restaurants you feel like you are staying with the locals versus a tourist city. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The front desk staff was professional yet semi-unfriendly. The breakfast was basic, the kitchen team was very professional and polite. Be aware, the front desk will not give you more than 2 keys, so please don't lose them as you need the keys to turn on the lights, air, etc. They seem semi-bothered by tourists and do not have the best customer service skills for international travelers.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is 15 minutes walk from te Colosseum and the Roman Forum and 2 minutes walk from the bus stop to all the monuments. The hotel is very clean with daily housekeeping services. Breakfast is very good and the hotel staff very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 7 nights in April and I recommend for long stay.

We loved this hotel. It was located within a good walking distance to most attractions if you are into walking. It is extremely clean and the breakfast was a great little addition to the morning routine. There was plenty to fill you up for a day of site seeing. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms we had were big with plenty of room to fit everyone in. The bathrooms are huge. Overall a great little hotel that has everything within a good walking distance. Loved our stay there.

Small boutique hotel. Rooms are small. Overpriced hotel as well as small stuck up parking, hard to get to one's car with a huge 25Euro/night charge. Manager very very unfriendly. Breakfast not a big deal. Location, a bit far from center like Colosseum or Vatican. Not recommended

Not what I would call a 4star hotel. Only served breakfast, which has a large variety of food. Room was very basic, I had an upgrade so no idea what my original room would have been like. Double bed is twin beds pushed together so you roll onto the join. No coffee/tea making facilities in room, or anywhere in hotel other than at breakfast. Is situated in a residential area so 30-60 minute walk to get anywhere as buses very infrequent. Have had better facilities on Airbnb at a lot less.

Amazing and very friendly staff, arrived 3 hours before check in time and the receptionist checked me in without me asking.
Professional staff that will help you plan the trip with local suggestions.
Didn't eat breakfast because I woke early everyday. Ate it only once and was surprised to see that it was rich, variant and very tasty with fresh ingredients.
Hotel is spotless clean and room is a bit small but glorious.

Good clean and very reasonably priced. Not too far from the city centre. Good transport nearby so good for train station, airport and city centre.

Breakfast is excellent and was included in price as was the ‘tourist tax!’.
