Great location on the busy via del corso. Really good atmosphere outside in the day but quiete at night once the shops are closed. We had a free upgrade to the superior room and Paula was fantastic and really helpful. The room was really clean and bottles of water/buscuits were topped up daily. I highly recommend on the STAY INN in Rome. A beautiful place, very clean and most important the staff were kind and helpful, always happy to assist Maybe you will get lucky like I did and your room will be upgraded Without additional charge! Thank you to Paula and all the staff.

Great location. Nice and clean room. From desk staff was helpful. Would definitely come back. They do not have someone at the front desk 24 hrs but really was not a problem and left you with contact information for their close sister property if you needed assistance after front desk close. At first, we were little worried that the reception was not 24hrs but it never mattered. The staff were very helpful, they always assisted us genuinely for whatever questions we had.
