Stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights in late May 2013. I had stayed at a different hotel in the area 2 years ago and was trying to get in there again but the rates were higher. I researched further and found the Una Roma Hotel. All the reviews for this hotel were great so, for about...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Una Roma. The location was perfect - a 2 minute walk to Termini train station, and only a 20 minute walk to major attractions. Hotel Una has a wonderful, multi-lingual staff. The rooms very exceptionally clean and modern. Also quiet, despite being on a busy street. The breakfast buffet was one of...

I should point out that we only stayed at this hotel for one night & purposely wanted a hotel very near to Termini station. Having said that- apart from a couple of niggles- we could not really fault the hotel. It has been recently refurbished & it shows. From the smart entrance & reception, through the lifts & corridors to...

Our hotel is centrally located near the Termini station, very convenient for business and leisure travellers and is with pleasure that we read your notes about our abundant breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel and the furnishing touch. This lovely hotel is very near to the central railway station and the Colosseum, but is a cut above most hotels in the area. We had a lovely big room with an outside balcony and it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices from continental to cooked options and lots of pastries....

This is an excellent hotel. The location, right next to the Termini, is very convenient for bus and Metro connections. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious, the hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and the breakfast was great. Overall an excellent place to come back to after a day in beautiful, chaotic Rome.

We have just come back from a 3 night stay in a superior room. I don't usually write reviews but felt so compelled by the great stay to spread the word. The staff were helpful and friendly. Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
