Rooms are big enough but not that clean. For example walls were a bit dirty. Bathroom is a bit dodgy and is equipped with different things for old persons or for persons with difficulties in motion. It is not a 4 star hotel but it is not that bad. Breakfast is enough, coffee is good. It is just next to...

I was in this hotel for business purpose and it is definitely a great place to stay! The location is not appealing from a touristic perspective, being too far from the center. However it could suit business trips. The hotel is very modern, with beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms, including all facilities. The breakfast is good and various, although not...

Giving this a two is over rating , me and my husband went for my 30th , thought it was a 4 star which it is not and not even anywhere near it! On arrival Rooms where musty , sheets dirty, air con was loud ! We woke up to find our room covered in ants (when reported to reception...

The service was good and the staff was very kind. But the rooms doesn't looks like a 4 star hotel definitely. The location of the hotel is far from the center and it takes an hour with the metro. The breakfast which is included in the price was very poor.

Very basic hotel more like a two star. Only breakfast facility no restaurant or laundry services. Staff polite and helpful. Lidl near by and pizza kebab near have to go into centre for decent food. Can be a bit pricey in Rome. Tip book online skip the queues tickets for things.

This hotel was quite disappointing. The day of arrival i called the hotel twice to receive directions from where i was but they did not no local restaurants or even where the hotel was from the hospital which is close by. In the end i followed google maps and turns out i was 400 yards away from the hotel. Room...

Quite far from city centre (about 20 minutes from metro station) but everything else was fair for that price. Breakfast for italian standards was plentiful ;-) Room small but functional. All in all very pleasant appearance.

This hotel is wonderful. While the rooms themselves and included breakfast are also lovely, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Always so friendly and willing to help you 24 hours a day, these staff have made my experience in Rome an amazing one, and are some of the best that I've come across! While the hotel is...

Firstly the hotel is very far from Rome city centre, which I thought must r the reason it was reasonable on the price. But that wasn't the only reason. The green bedding in our room was dirty. The walls were horrific and there was cigarette smoke smell throughout the hotel hallway and even in our room. We had booked for...

I don't know why some of the reviews on here are so negative, this hotel was lovely. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful constantly greeting us and having conversations with us. On our first day there I left my phone in a taxi and could not remember which taxi company it was as it was just a cab...
