We had the studio with cooker fridge etc, large comfy bed and bathroom on the fourth floor and the lift worked every time for us. The complimentary tea, coffee, cake and chocolate sweets, just to get you through that time between afternoon tea and going out for dinner, was a real bonus. We also had coupons for a coffee and...

Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the metro and 5 minutes from the Vatican museum. Rooms very comfortable - had a room with a balcony. Can walk to most of the other famous sites within 45 minutes. Breakfast is in a local cafe a few doors down - very tasty pastries. Fridge available and tea and coffee making facilities. Would...

I stayed here as a solo traveller in August 2016. Before arrival, I was contacted by Vincenzo about the time I would arrive. I told him quite a specific time as I imagined he would have other things to do during the day too! Upon arrival, I rung the buzzer and he came down to meet me. Note - the...

A fabulous place with amazing prices. We got the superior room and that is well with the money, as it comes with a fridge, cooking station and private bathroom. The breakfast was adorable and I highly recommend the owners coffee. The owner is a lovely women with very poor English but she makes up for It with just being so...

It is in the center of Rome, very clean, perfect breakfast, it was great. The room is a little small, but enough for two people. The only downside of the expirience was that the owners barely speak english

Room was spacious with an en-suite bathroom. Everywhere was very clean. Room had everything in it that you need (i.e. shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer) the only thing missing was a kettle so that you could have a hot drink in your room. Breakfast was ok if you like packet cakes and pastries, but the coffee at breakfast was gorgeous. Would...

The good: Rooms were spacious, very clean, had a balcony and, most importantly, perfect A/C. Breakfast buffet is included and has a good number of options, though no meat/cheese if that's important to you. Very friendly service from owners Vincenzo and Daniela. Easily accessible from Termini via two metro stops. Around the corner from the Vatican Museum entrance and a...

Daniella and Vizcente were kind and welcoming to me and my six year old grand-daughter; the room was cleaned every day and the shared bathroom was always immaculate. The location, slap up against the Vatican, was great. This is not a luxury hotel, but for a budget stay it was great.

“Most rooms have en-suite bathrooms, but one room's bathroom is in the hallway. Not a big deal at all, but if that's something that's important to you, just make sure to ask for a room with an en-suite.”
