Fabulous stay in these rooms. Lovely welcome. Very friendly and very helpful with suggestions where to visit and how to get around the city. Would recommend the hop on hop off bus just to get your bearings but then all in walking distance. Bars and food great in surrounding area. Would say euro pound equivalent. Definitely do the Vatican tour...

Positive : well centered in Roma, spacious room, clean. Negative : 1- Owners only present for welcoming new guests (i.e. we only saw him once in 3 days); therefore all communications by phone, although professional regarding services we asked for (taxi booking). 2- We booked a triple room for 3 adults (my son is now adult with his 90 kgs)....

Had a lovely stay here in April. Great location and lovely room which was spotless. The owners were really helpful and looked after us brilliantly. Our room was at the front of the building and busy road outside so you can hear traffic, but shutting the wooden shutters helped block out noise quite a bit. Just downstairs is a little...

The location was very central. They offered complimentary snacks which you could eat for a small breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was relaxing & exactly what we'd hoped for. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers!

Just had a lovely 3 day stay at the Sweet Dreams Roma. Giovanni the owner is very friendly and provided us with a lot of good advice for our stay, which meant that we did not waste any time. The hotel is in a great location and just a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain and Colosseum. The rooms...

Stayed at Sweet Dreams from 3rd of June until the 9th and absolutely love the place. It is located pretty much in the centre of everything. No more than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and a number of Roman sights you will want to see. On the same road you will find a number of restaurants...

What a great place to stay, in such a great location, 5 min walk to trevi fountain, and tge colosseum. The owner was great, informing us where to go in Rome, where to eat, what bus/metro to use. He gave us a map, planning each day so we didn't waste anytime trying to find the amazing buildings and culture rome...

Lovely place to stay, really well located, within walking distance of the majority of places to see, and the only time we used public transport was to get to the Vatican, even then we walked back. Room was compact but cosy, extremely clean and very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in the room but also a small mini bar...

This hotel is in one of the best locations you could get for Rome. Everything is in walking distance, you're surrounded by shops, the bus stop is right outside the hotel if you need to catch a bus, I cannot express how IDEAL this hotel is. 15Min walk from Colosseo and Fontana di Trevi. Apart from being in fabulous location,...

Giovanni was the most wonderful host. From the moment he arrived he couldn't be more helpful He advised us of routes and ways to make the most of our limited time in the city. I fell and sprained my ankle and can honestly say that without his help we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the rest of our holiday....
