Our family of 5 just returned from a 3 night stay at the Singer Palace Hotel in Rome. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond during our stay. The location is perfect- close to many of the popular tourist sites in old city and it has a fabulous restaurant and rooftop deck. Our room was meticulous and spacious - plenty of room for 3 teenagers! I highly recommend the Singer Palace if you are staying in Rome ❤️!

I was blown away by the customer service at this hotel. From the front desk, to the breakfast and stunning rooms. Nothing was too big or too small to ask of. Singer truly understands customer service and I am beyond grateful to the manager Federica who went above and beyond to make our anniversary that much more special.

This hotel and it's staff are top notch. The boutique hotel is modern and located in the heart of Rome. The staff are the true gem of this hotel, and the management team is lucky to have them, as they are all top-notch. They have clearly been trained in customer service and they are acutely aware of paying attention to the small details, and were very helpful prior to our arrival on arranging some guided tours. I would for sure stay at this hotel in any future trips to Rome. The rooftop terrace is also beautiful.

Beautiful hotel and absolutely wonderful staff! We stayed at the Singer last month for a few days while visiting Rome. It was situated conveniently to the sites and we walked absolutely everywhere. For the one time we needed a taxi (to Vatican City - it was hot!), the staff arranged our transport for us and we had absolutely no issues. The hotel is so beautiful inside! Our room was clean and well maintained. The decorative coffee table books in the rooms are well curated and fun to flip through. It was a great touch! Finally - get yourself up to the rooftop deck for an evening beverage. The drink was delicious and the roof top was a wonderful perch above the city where we met other couples from around the world. So fun!

Perfect hotel, the location is wonderful, the air conditioning is the best of any hotel we have been at, the attention to detail is amazing and the best go above and beyond. The morning breakfast takes your breath away. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

The staff are amazing. From welcome to farewell, you truly feel at home. Singer is the most centrally located luxury boutique Rome has. I'm convinced that the best hotel staff work here. Don't miss relaxing on the terrace. The drinks and food are excellent. Everything has a personal touch, I think I'll only stay here when I return to Rome. I miss them already.

I stayed at this hotel only one night, but I can appreciate the quality and style of it. Everything was prepared with love and care, a lot of small details such as thermal water and fan( there were the hot days) The everything at the restaurant was magnificent with exquisite dishes and a beautiful live music of Roberto de Palma. I enjoyed the dinner and the staff was very sufficient. Everything was at my service, I ordered a private car and it was waiting for me at the exact time. The breakfast was beautiful and fresh, I would eat everything, but I overslept and was in a hurry. Thank you very much for the service I would gladly come back.

Great location, walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Coliseum. Importantly for Rome despite being in the heart of the action, very quiet rooms. Modern hotel and staff pride themselves on friendly, one on one service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Our stay at the Singer Palace was wonderful. The décor details, the roof terraces, the marble staircase, the location, but above all, the warmth and helpfulness of all the staff are what truly set the Singer Palace apart.

The Singer Palace Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon in Rome. The hotel is beautiful and is in a wonderful location. We walked and scootered all over the city. The people that work there are incredible. The employees of the hotel are easily the reason our stay was as special as it was. We are very grateful we were able to be guests at their hotel.
