The Vilòn universe set in the heart of Roma, in a former 16th century building hides within its ancient, fully refurbished walls, 18 precious gems. The rooms and suites provide an inviting bright ambiance ranging from intimate cozy bedrooms to unique original suites, many of which have private terraces with exclusive views of the Borghese Palace Gardens. Adelaide, Restaurant and Bar, offers a delicious menu of Mediterranean cuisine, which changes according to the seasons, with classics of the Roman tradition with fresh modern twists. In addition to the stylish and cozy dining room, the green outdoor patio dedicates a relaxing bohemian space where, especially during the warm seasons, is possible to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks “al fresco”.

As we entered the front door we were greeted by the most helpful staff. Beautiful entrance so well kept with a beautiful bar and sitting area. As they got our rooms ready, we were served some of the best Italian cappuccino and latte. Once we got to our lovely decorated room, we noticed how clean it was (which for us was very important). The shower is amazing and the bathroom easily has enough room for two people to get ready. Closely located ( 5 minute walk) to the Spanish steps for amazing shopping and views, or 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. This 5 star hotel is in the perfect stop for pretty much all you would want to do in Roma. The staff was so helpful, nice and always willing to help you get a car, find a nice place to grab a bite or recommend delicious gelato places. Each time we walked in, they greeted us by name which made us feel extra special. The restaurant is beautiful. Sitting in the courtyard with beautiful views of the sky, the staff had perfect service. The food was delicious, and they make it a whole experience with a variety of small plates including (sweet and savory) that round out the meal. But don’t forget the drinks, the bartender made us amazing cocktails that went very well with our meal. Overall, we loved our stay at Hotel Vilòn! We will be back 100% next time we are in Roma.

This small boutique hotel was just beautiful. Tucked a a narrow street between the river and the Spanish Steps, the location was perfect to walk to all the key sites but quiet and bespoke enough to feel like we had the place to ourselves. We loved the decor and room sizes and loved the quality of the food and drink served there. But the real highlight was the staff, at the front desk, the bellman and the waiters. They all made us feel very special. They were quick to respond to all our requests, large and small, and had some great restaurants recommendations. They were all just lovely people to talk to - about how things were going in Rome as things were opening up, their interest in our experiences traveling through Italy, and, of course, their excitement and joy when Italy won the Euro Championship! I will make a point to go back to this hotel again if i am lucky enough to visit Rome again.

LOVED THIS HOTEL. It's perfect. The decor is stunning - simple but elegant. They have a little outside courtyard so you have a mix of indoor / outdoor. My room was great. The shower and closet were bigger than what I have in my NYC apartment! Staff was friendly and sweet. Concierge was on it. Every time I emailed them, they responded quickly with good answers or solutions. They even wrote me a welcome note with a few little cookies (which I ate asap). I didn't eat at their restaurant but what I could tell from breakfast, I'm sure it was good. Location was great. Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. I felt it was easy to walk to some of these main sites from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Vilon was an incredible experience from the moment we checked in. The hospitality is like nothing we’ve ever experienced before. We arrived jet lagged at 8AM and they accommodated our early check in. That was just the start of an incredible week. The hotel helped us with things large and small. They got us tickets to all the sites we wanted to see. They noticed we liked still water instead of sparkling and stocked our room only with still water. They got us reservations at busy restaurants at prime times. One night we ordered room service and they showed up in 10 minutes! The room itself is quiet and looks onto the Spanish embassy’s courtyard. It was really nicely laid out and super comfortable. The food was incredible. We ate at the restaurant multiple times. The breakfast (included in the room) is just next level. It’s just constantly full of little surprises that make the experience so delightful. I can’t remember the last time we had such a great hotel experience. Definitely recommend.
