We've already stayed here twice and will stay again, whenever in Rome! Lovely little boutique hotel just around the corner from the Spanish steps. Beautiful rooms and amenities, very private with a homey feel. On top of that, excellent service! Giuseppe was extremely friendly and always ready to help!

Very cool space to take time out right in the heart of bustling Roma. Contemporary decor, spacious bathroom with separate shower and quality products. Nespresso and mini bar full of snacks, helpful for a busy business traveller. Fresh OJ and a croissant delivered to your room if required for breakfast. No room service and more like staying in a mini...

The hotel is centrally located within the historic part of Rome. The Spanish Steps are a few metres away. The staff are brilliant. Both Nabila and Giuseppe were incredible and helped make the trip perfect. We would certainly go back to this hotel.

We stayed in Margutta 54 last year and loved it, however the room was a bit dark and Mario de' Fiori slightly more central, hence our choice. Perfect again, though I wish breakfast was included. I guess next time we will have to try Babuino 181, though I gather there is a new addition above the Palazzo Fendi in Via...

We could not fault these serviced apartments. The location is central and nearby restaurants are good and plentiful. The concierge service of Guiseppe Benedetto and Nabila were an additional bonus; nothing was too much trouble and their English was brilliant. They ordered taxis for us to get to the Pope's Wednesday audience and advised on where to eat. We stayed...

Excellent location and excellent help from Giuseppe who kindly provided us with all we needed for an excellent stay. Some noise at night from the nearby streets but can only be expected from staying in such a central area.

Stayed here in August 2015 as part of our Honeymoon. Really great place with nice rooms, good beds and in a really good location. Stopped for 4 nights just off the Spanish steps and around a 5min walk to the subway made for a excellent base for exploring the city. Checking in and out was simple and nothing was too...

A great boutique hôtel with lovely rooms and lovely staff. We came as a family and had 2 rooms that although were not interconnecting, shared a hallway with a door that could close to both. The second room was well sized to fit our 3 kids. The staff were particularly helpful and we really appreciated the friendly service & advice...

Hi Amanda. Thank you for your kind words about Mario de’ Fiori 37. As we designed our rooms to accommodate families, we’re glad that the 2nd room was comfortable for your children. We normally replenish our bathroom amenities so will investigate what happened. Yes, we think Giuseppe and Donatella are wonderful too! Best regards, The Management Team
