This place this place was so delightful!!!! Not only do you wake up to one of the 7 world wonders every morning, but it was clean, safe and spacious! I have stayed in many European B&B, but this one was one of the best. It comes with free wifi and breakfast plus it is centrally located. And, it is only...

Our stay at the B & B Santi Quattro was fabulous!!! We were amazed at the 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment we stayed in that by the way had a view of the Colloseum. It was our home away from home with comfortable living space and outside terrace. We were in the heart of historic sites, good food, and small...

We were upgraded to a bigger room with separate kitchen and it was lovely! The room is nicely decorated with very comfortable bed and free fast wireless internet connection... The location is great too with less than 10 mins walk from the Colosseo and Colosseo Metro station... For a room near the Colosseo, I thought we got a pretty good...

In every way this place was perfect for our holiday in Rome. I could not speak highly enough of Fabrizio and Tiziana and their wonderful role as hosts. We were blessed with a lovely, bright , comfortable and well- appointed apartment which, for travelling with teenagers, was sensational - a supermarket directly opposite meant we could eat in every night -...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Santi Quattro B & B, we travelled with our 15 year old son. The location of the B & B was great close to the Colosseo and within easy walking distance of the metro and bus stops. Fabrizio was a fantastic host, could not be more helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom...

First of all, the location is perfect, within spitting distance of the Colosseum, a 15 min. walk from Piazza Venezia, and most important, right next door to the Santi Quattro Coronati (probably the most interesting church in Rome), and to San Clemente (probably the second most interesting one!). Now for the b&b itself: Fabrizio is the most charming host you're...

Very clean and attractive room. Fabrizio and Tiziana were great hosts. Close to the Colosuem. Fabrizio was very helpful in helping us arrange tours and getting us back to the airport. We did not meet Tiziana for she had a baby 2 weeks prior to our stay, but she did help with my many questions by internet before our arrival....

B&B Santi Quarttro is in a good location down from the Colloseum, close to the Metropolitana. The room we had was airconditioned with a TV, ensuite and small walk-in closet; both the bedroom and ensuite were a good size and very comfortable. Our ensuite had a loose shower fitting and the shower itseft was small, but the rest of the...

We spent 3 nights here. The rooms were clean and well presented. The internet access was outstanding and free. from the first moment of contact we found the owner, Fabrizio, hospitable and welcoming, and very willing to give advice and make bookings. The apartments are sensationally located within a stones throw of the Colosseum, and have lots of reasonably priced...

Our family (two adults, our 70 year old grandmother and our 12 yr old) stayed for two nights in one of their apartments. We've traveled though Europe many times and this was our third visit to Rome. Here's what we learned about this property: - Upon arrival we had to track down Fabrizio to gain access. If you have a...

“I had the only room with a balcony, great, even the wifi works there. the bathroom was outside, but belongs only to this room, what is very comfortable because the room can also be used by two people. And it is really quiet, the bar below is not noisy.”
