The hotel is a little hard to find and on a street that’s not the best. However both myself and my husband received a warm welcome after a long flight and allowed to check in early after being up and travelling for over 24 hours. When we walked into our room we was blown away by the cleanliness and how well the room was furnished. Decor is that of a 5* hotel and we had our own Private balcony. We was also giving the choice of having breakfast at €5 each on days we wanted and only if we wanted. The breakfast was nice and well presented and with no hard sell we took up the offer The front desk is staffed 24 and the staff where only to happy to help with any questions we had about Roma, sights and transportation We will not be returning to Rome as we have seen it all we wanted to now now however if we did this hotel would be high on a preferential list…
When I stayed in room 101, a lock to the bathroom was broken and I was locked in without being able to open it from the inside. I did not have my phone with me, and the emergency call in the shower booth was also broken, so I ended up trapped in the bathroom for 10 hours until the hotel staff helped me out the next morning. A Italian person whom I was accompanying asked to change my room for the second day, but when I returned to the hotel, the staff had not been told about it and he did not get my explanation, then I stayed in the same room after all (I carried my phone and never closed the door when I used the bathroom). I am very disappointed that the room was not inspected fully and the problem was not shared among hotel staff. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean, but I cannot ignore this big problem. Anyway, please fix the bathroom lock and emergency call soon. It could be life-threatening.…
Great reception. Despite not communicating much with the staff they were well spoken and polite when approached. The description of the hotel is not what it is. It’s not a 4 star hotel and it’s not as close to attractions as claimed. Very old and small rooms, despite everything I think they need an investment but I think owners work on minimum investment max return Rooms are so small that a window ledge is used as a table and one can only pass by beds and very little place for luggage. Their staff politeness makes up for their company’s lack of spending and therefore because of that I would rate it a 3 star
The hotel tried to put us in a dirty basement room but after a complaint they moved us to a cleaner room. However, The shower drain smelt, breakfast was poor, items from previous guests left under bed.
I received a warm welcome after a long flight and allowed to check in late morning. I was tired and longed for a nice bath/shower. When I walked into my room I was blown away by the cleanliness and how well the room was furnished. Decor is that of a 5* hotel. The breakfast was nice and well presented.
The room was pleasant but with no windows which one could see through. The hotel staff are friendly but the hotel itself has nothing in it apart from a small dingy bar and a nice breakfast room. Do not expect a nice view anywhere. It's on a busy road, and you will have to walk for 20 mins to get anywhere that you want to be. Decent value but I would go elsewhere next time. Be careful of the mosquitoes which are everywhere.
I have stayed in Rome a fair few times. For the money this is hands down the best hotel in Rome for value I have found. Clean and tidy, Arosh and his team were very helpful, the room is pleasant (and has air con). The bar isn’t always manned but if you pop your head to reception, they’ll get someone to help you. Location wise it’s a 10-15 walk from the attractions. If I return to Rome - I’ll be coming here
We were there for two nights and three days. It's a few minutes walk to most of the attractions in Rome. The rooms were spacious and they were flexible to accommodate three adults in one room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast is of good variety and filling. But some hot items could add some flavour to the breakfast. It was a really good experience and a friendly one. Hope to visit again!
If you want to do a citytrip to Rome this hotel is at a good location. Very close to public transport, big train station, trams, underground and buses. The big train station Termini has a lot of A status shops as well and around the hotel are nice restaurants and a big supermarket on next corner. So for all stuff to find. The breakfast is continental with a normal choice in that. It is a charming old building with rooms that aren't very big, but in my case all worked well. If you want to visit Rome you will be out and not in your room. Good bed, elevators, shower, good working airco that can be set to temperature and speed at wish, safe and all you need to travel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also provided a lot of information, citymaps and/or help booking tickets! If you look for hotel to do citytrip and travel light this is where you can go.They speak English very well at the reception, other languages I don't know. Sandra likes to say a special thanks to Mr. Arosh Caldera and Jeanlucca for making my recent stay for over a week a great one!…
Our experience from the start was great! It’s a cute hotel with a great European breakfast, the staff was kind and very helpful. We stayed June 23-27 2019 and the weather was perfect. It’s a quite and quaint hotel, it was enough room for the two of us. It’s within 14 minutes to the subway and 3-5 minutes from the tram and buses( tickets can be purchased from the tobacco shop almost next door, a few shops away). We will definitely visit this hotel again. The rooms are small but we didn’t go to Rome to stay in our room! The coffee and breakfast was more than enough to start your day! Thanks to the staff your welcoming smiles each day!
