We had a wonderful stay in the ‘Colosseum room’ of Suites Trastevere and will certainly be coming again. The location is excellent- just 3 minutes’ walk from the railway station and very easy rail access to Fiumicino and a short walk /even shorter tram ride to the wonderful streets of old Trastevere with its great bar and restaurant scene. Piazza Venezia is only a 10 minute tram ride further on. The b and b is delightfully informal and spotlessly clean, with friendly, helpful staff, imaginatively decorated rooms and well-appointed bathrooms; we especially liked the rainfall shower and the jacuzzi bath! The bed was very comfortable indeed and given its main street location, the room was actually very quiet. Yes, you have to walk up some stairs to get there but it does have a lift and we liked the feeling of really living in Rome. First class!

This was our last stop before the global travel shutdown. We have stayed with Marco since 2010. Our first visit lasted 20 days! Each of his three BnBs offer style and comfort served up daily with a great cappuccino and sweet treats. The locations of Suites Trastevere is perfect. One block from Trastevere train station and just a few steps from the #8 tram. Access to all of Rome is only a few steps outside your door.
Marco and his staff provide an exceptional Roman experience for all their guests. He will provide suggestions for local restaurants and hints to the fabulous city he has called home his entire life.
Suites Trastevere is maintained and cleaned at very high standards. You feel safe and well taken care of in any of Marco’s BnBs.

A huge thanks to Marco, Max and Elena for their hospitality @ B&B Suites.
Typical Trastevere building, with old school elevator to boot. Comfortable, spacious refurbished rooms for me and the family to enjoy.
The accommodation is located close to Trastevere mainline railway station which is ideal for those who wish to be close to central Rome but away from the throngs of tourists on the east side of the Tiber. There is a Tram # 8 stop (brings you direct to Piazza Venezia) right in front of the building.
Lots of excellent eateries frequented by locals can be found within a couple of minutes walking distance from the Suites. Fantastic prices too.

The B&B was in an excelent location, near to the city center and 1 minute walk from bus station to the city center in 15 minutes. The room was perfect decorated but a little bit small for three person family. The room was perfect cleaned every day. The hosts are very helpfull in everything we ask. The breakfast was perfect.

A big thank you to Marco, Massimo and Helena for their welcome and their kindness! Very welcoming and helpful people (thanks for printing the tickets and for keeping our luggage ;-) and who respond quickly to your questions, which is very much appreciated. We spent two nights in this BB away from the action and appreciated the calm and its geographical location. Ideal for visiting Rome (several transport options within 5 minutes on foot) and for coming from the airport by train rather than by taxi. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was certainly different from a French breakfast ;-) but we appreciated the fact that it was offered and that we could eat and drink something in our room before going to visit. We without hesitation recommend this BB to discover this magnificent city!

Such a nice place. The location is perfect with the tram no 8 right outside.
The place itself is spotlessly clean and the room was very nice.
Breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered to the room at the requested time the following morning.
All the staff were very friendly and able to answer questions when needed.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always the same…easy and great service!!.
Nothing is too much trouble for Marco and Max and they do everything they can to make sure your visit is easy and comfortable.
The location of the B&B is great for walking in to
Trastevere and the centre of Rome and Trastevere station is only a 5 minute walk away. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when we go to Rome and are already planning our next visit.

We stayed there last week for the first time, on the recommendation of a friend.
Nothing was too much trouble for Max and Marco.
The bed was super comfortable...the room was a good size and had everything we needed includong a fridge and a kettle...which was perfect so we could make tea and coffee.
Location was perfect for walking into Trastevere.
We'll definitely be going back!!

I booked directly from their website. The management of both the booking and the appropriate directions to reach the B&B were easy, intuitive and very professional.
The excellent location in the center of real Rome but with connections (trams and buses) close at hand to reach both tourist and non-touristy places. Not to be underestimated are the nearby Roman trattorias worthy of a visit

If you want tobe in the historic centre this is probably not the place for you. Personally I like this location more, it is in Trastevere which is much nicer and the historic centre is easily accessible with tram 8 which has a stop right outside the hotel.
