Gentile Signora Olga B, apprezziamo il racconto della sua esperienza pubblicato su Tripadvisor; mi rammarico che non ha gradito la nostra ospitalità e, soprattutto, di non aver avuto da lei alcuna segnalazione durante il soggiorno e, di conseguenza, non aver avuto modo di provvedere. Lavoriamo con molto impegno per garantire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno piacevole e con tutte le comodità, per questo prendiamo in seria considerazione i suoi commenti; premesso che nessuno è esente dal commettere errori, è però mio dovere distinguere cosa è vero da cosa non lo è. 1) Il rumore: la nostra struttura è sempre stata apprezzata per la tranquillità che offriamo; è vero che ci troviamo in una zona centrale e ci affacciamo sulla strada, dove ci sono esercizi commerciali e passano auto, ma è anche vero che le nostre finestre assicurano un isolamento acustico eccezionale, al punto che non lasciano passare nessun rumore; è incredibile che abbia scritto che sembrava di dormire sotto il ponte di una ferrovia, se era suo desiderio dormire con le finestre aperte (unica giustificazione alle sue lamentele) poteva chiedere una stanza che affaccia all’interno o non prenotare una struttura in una zona centrale. 2) Cucina: i nostri cucini sono sempre stati apprezzati dai nostri ospiti ed è un servizio che difficilmente viene fornito da strutture simili alla nostra; è la prima lamentela che ricevo per la loro dimensione e funzionalità. 3) Colazione: a Ripetta25 la colazione è in camera, forniamo tutto il necessario ma sapeva che avrebbe dovuto provvedere a preparare caffè e spremuta e che avremmo provveduto noi alla pulizia di piatti, tazze e posate; anche in questo caso è la prima lamentela che ricevo. 4) Pulizia delle tende: ho controllato personalmente le tende della vostra camera; è vero c’erano due piccole macchie, dire che non sono mai state lavate è sinceramente eccessivo ed offensivo; comunque abbiamo fatto tesoro della sua segnalazione e provveduto ad una pulizia straordinaria. 5) Busta di plastica trovata nell’armadio: non aver controllato è stata una nostra mancanza (e anche grave) della quale mi scuso. In conclusione, mi dispiace che non siamo stati in grado di soddisfatto le sue aspettative e soprattutto di aver ricevuto, dopo 10 anni, il primo giudizio negativo; giudizio che tuttavia, sulla base di quello che ha scritto, ritengo ingiustificato ed eccessivamente penalizzante. I regret that you did not like our hospitality and, above all, that I did not have any signal from you during your stay and, consequently, had no way to supply. We work hard in order to ensure our guests a pleasant and comfortable stay, so we took your comments seriously; given that no one is exempt from making mistakes, it is however my duty to distinguish what is true and what is not. 1) Noise: our property has always been appreciated for the quiet we offer; it is true that we are in a central area and we look out onto the street, where there are shops and cars, but it is also true that our windows ensure exceptional soundproofing, to the point that no noise is heard; It is unbelievable that you wrote that you felt like you have been sleeping under the railroad bridge. If it was your wish to sleep with the windows open (the only reason to your complaints) you could ask for a room that overlooks the internal court or not book a property in a central area. 2) Kitchen: our kitchenettes have always been appreciated by our guests and is a benefit that is hardly provided by facilities similar to ours; it is the first complaint I get for their size and functionality. 3) Breakfast: Ripetta25's breakfast is in the room, we provide everything you need but you knew that you should have to make coffee and juice and that we would clean plates, cups and cutlery; even in this case it is the first complaint I receive. 4) Curtains cleaning: I myself checked the curtains of your room; it is true, there were two very small spots, but to say that they have never been washed is, sincerely, excessive and offensive; however, we took advantage of your report and washed them. 5) Plastic bag found in the wardrobe: not having checked was our lack (and even serious) for which I apologize. Finally, I’m sorry again not having met your expectations and to have get, after 10 years, the first negative report which, based on what you wrote, I rate unjustified and an excessive penalty. Go to trip advisor or any other travel site you may have used for making thw reservations

There is a wardrobe/closet with some hangers for clothes. It seems every suite has one and it's ample in size. As for an iron, I don't remember seeing one, but I could be wrong because we didn't need it. I'm sure if you ask them, they most likely can obtain one for you since they are very helpful and nice.

Laundry facilities?
They do not have laundry facilities but in their helpful guide the list a couple of nearby self-service laundry places.
