One of the best B&B I have ever stayed! Vitoria & Biba were very friendly and gave us all the necessary help we needed to see Rome! Room was great, warm, very clean and spacious with a small balcony. The area is great as it is near the Barberini Station ( 5 minutes on foot) and very close to Piazza...

Ok so the Internet worked and was free, there was aircon, daily housekeeping (although bedding/towels are replaced every third day of your stay) clean linen and towels, clean bathroom. Good location - walkable (in about 15/20mins) to main attractions. Situated right next to the lovely Borghese Gardens. As for the cons; the room was incredibly small, the shower was also...

The location is splendid. It's near the shopping district, but a little away (say 20 mins walk) from all the tourist spots, which we appreciated. It was also at a reasonable distance from the train station. The building of our apartment was very nice, and it felt like home. Although, we had a little trouble getting in, because we reached at...

There are two properties and we stayed in B& B morelli 1 on Via Sicilia. On arrival we were greeted and shown our room and given a map of the city and how to access all of the sights. Our room was in an apartment block and when you enter through the main door there are 3 rooms. Ours was...

On arrival to Morrelli no one answered door to the supposedly 'B+B' twenty minutes later owner arrived told us we would be required to move to another apartment in morning.(this didn't look like a B+B to me). In morning we were given a glass of juice and yoghurt told to leave our bags in room ,and follow the Italian cleaner...

Morelli's have two properties and I had booked two rooms for a few nights in Via Piemonte. On arrival we were met by the cleaner who told us that the rooms were not available as they had all been booked (I had booked about 8-10 weeks before but was never notified) and that we could stay at their rooms Via...

We booked 3 nights with Luxury rooms in rome which is just next door and were transferred to Morelli for in the 1st night. No problem since the shower was nice, very new and our room was spacious. the single bed which i slept in was however very uncomfortable as the mattress was thin. location wise, it is quite a...

We stayed at this B & B for four nights. Not once were the bed sheets changed nor the towels. The location on Via Sicila, where we stayed, was dismal. It took us at least 25 minutes to get anywhere on public transportation. The walk to the nearest Plaza (Baraberini) was at least 15 minutes. Further, on our first day...

Booked 4 nights at the Via Piemonte location: for one night and then three more nights at the end of our vacation in Italy, two weeks. Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini are a fifteen-minute walk away. The rooms are fairly modern and comfortable; the breakfast is rudimentary at best On the day of our return to Rome ( for the...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
