My husband and I picked the Santa Prassede for the location and the value. We wanted to be within walking distance of Rome's sites. I called the hotel the day before our reservation to confirm it. I had booked the reservation three months in advance. The hotel said our room was confirmed, no problem. After a very long day and...

We stayed there for 2 nights in November. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Termini Station but is very quietly located in a side street. Rooms are basic, fairly small but very clean. All in all a great value for the money you pay.

This could have been an OK hotel for the budget traveller but I question the standards of any hotel owner who would put a guest in a room with a broken and unusable toilet seat. We arrived very late so couldn't report it until morning. We received assurances that it would be fixed. It wasn't and we returned too late...

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and stayed here. I would not recommend this place to anyone wishing to have a wonderful time in Rome. Yes the hotel is simple, very simple, different to what the hotel website suggests. If you are planning a wonderful honeymoon and have thought of this hotel, please, seriously re-consider. This hotel would...

I stayed at the Santa Prassede hotel in July this year, with my girlfiend. The room was very basic and small and was in need of a makeover. The bathroom was small and didn't smell as fresh as it should have, this was due to the fact that the drain was blocked and the shower water did not drain away...

The location is great, about 5 blocks from Termini station, but far enough to feel like a better area than the train station. Very quiet street across from a gorgeous little church with 13th century mosaics. The promised air conditioning is basically non existent. It works, but at such a low level that using it is less efficient than leaving...

My wife and I spent 4 nights here, the last of 6 hotels in which we stayed in Italy/France. Located well away from major Rome attractions but is very close to the Termini train station -- great for transfer to/from Fiumicino Airport for for train travel. On our first night, we were assigned a double room (#26) that was 8...

Nine of us stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is in a good location and was nice and clean. It was definitely good value for money. Within walking distance to Colosseo and other major attractions. Plenty to see and do. Would stay here again.
