We have just spent 4 nights here.... Close to everything including train...clean, comfy bed, central location. The only issue we had is that the lift broke down over the weekend, was fixed ASAP on a Monday. Very happy and Will come back.

Great little hotel. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Quiet and very comfortable. Very well located for sightseeing at all the main attractions. Would highly recommend. Like most of Rome the hotel is on a small narrow street so I'd suggest not bringing the car

No breakfast included. Felt this hotel was expensive for what it was. Felt i could have found something better for this price. Bedroom decor needs updating to match bedroom. This hotel lobby felt like a hospital corridor. Bathroom was modern. 5 minute walk to train station

Stayed 5 nights at SuiteDreams in September 2016. A good location well situated to the Rome Railway - about 10 minutes walk and 2 minutes to the Metro. Good size room - nice shower facility - good size TV although no English Channels until Service swapped it over for another after being asked twice. Breakfast adequate. We were on the...

Our second time at this hotel and in Rome. It was great the first time and yet again it did not let us down! We had room 'Noah' last time which had a cute little balcony and was spacious so we request it again and much to our delight we got to have it. Room; Clean. Clean. Clean. Modern. Quiet....

The room that we got was nice and spacious with a good bathroom. If you can't understand Italian, there'll be nothing for you to watch on TV except for CNN and BBC. The hotel is located close to a couple of nice restaurants but doesn't offer any dining options or even breakfast. The staff is helpful, they provided us with...

We stayed in SuiteDreams for three nights and had a great experience. It was a clean, modern looking boutique hotel that is centrally located to the attractions in Rome. It is 10 minute walk from Termini, near subway station taking you to the Vatican, and 15-20 minute walk to the Forum/Colosseum/Spanish steps. The room offered all you could need and...

This was our second visit to Rome and our second stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our first stay and we're not disappointed by our second visit. The hotel is well located with all of the main attractions of Rome within walking distance. The main station Roma Termini (terminus for the airport train and other intercity trains) is a 10...

Was a nice room with a comfortable bed. Staff was amazing they were so friendly and accommodating. Very quiet room even though 1 block from the crowds. Gave us a great directions to local sites. Metro station within 3 block distance. Only negative is Wifi was off as much as it was on. But we found a great restaurant called...

Modern, clean and well located just off main road. Contrary to a previous review I felt the hotel was very secure and noted CCTV was monitored from 24 hour reception. Staff were very lovely and went above and beyond to assist us. I was very unhappy about moving on to our next location as I felt so comfortable!

Thank Jessica H

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
