This was our first stay in Rome and we were pleasently surprised with our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. Paulo was extremely helpful on our arrival, gave us lots of information. The room was spacious and clean, private bathroom and balcony, shared living area and kitchen... Highly recommended!!!

Good spacious room, stylishly decorated (although bathroom is a bit dated but functional). Nice quiet location with comfy beds helped us get very good sleeps. Fabio and Paulo are great hosts and really made us feel at home. They helped us with recommendations for travel options, dining and arranged airport transfer which was excellent. Shared kitchen and Internet PC available...

Thanks to Paolo, he is very nice and friendly person. He arranged our airport transfers and provided useful information and travel tips. The only thing i would like...

This was our first stay in Rome and we were pleasently surprised with our stay. We spent three nights here. The room is one of three off of a shared living area and kitchenette. The room was very large that included two twin beds, TV (100+) channels, private bathroom with a shower (very small by any standard, but always hot!)...

I have never stayed in a B & B before but will not hesitate to do so again for a few reasons. Great value for money. More personal attention. Feels like a home away from home. If you want all the bells and whistles then a hotel is what you need to book. However I have to say the two...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Paulo was extremely helpful on our arrival, gave us lots of information. The room was spacious and clean, plenty of room for my husband and myself and our three year old daughter. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with plenty of breakfast items and got restocked each day. It was great having the option...

The Arches was spacious and airy, with a really nice atmosophere. Everything you need is there and we found the free internet access especially handy. Paolo was very helpful before and during our stay and particularly flexible about us dropping off and picking up our bags at a convenient time. At the same time as having all the help we...

Our two weeks spent at Arches B&B in Rome will be remembered fondly for a number of reasons but particularly the convenience of location and the service and assistance provided by Paolo. And it’s true; a 10 min walk does gets you to the Vatican and easy access to the rest of Rome via bus or Metro. The support provided...

First and foremost, it is very important to relay what time you'll be arriving, have the phone number handy and convey any changes. Part of the charm of this place is that it is hands off: it's essentially an apartment on the third floor of a nice building with three rooms in which one can come and go as they...

Fabio and Massimo are lovely people. We will be staying with them in May 2010 Before our trip they answered my many questions quickly and with patience. When we had to calcel our very much anticipated trip to Magical rome and Venice because of sickness we were very upset. Fabio and Massimo cancelled out reservation without fuss and were kind...
