We ended up staying at this property as our original hotel had a sewerage leak. On arrival the receptionist was quick and efficient and offered us a room at the same price for our original hotel which we thought was extremely kind of them! The hotel is walking distance to every sight you want to see (apart from the vatican... More

Good choice for the round city buses, but a little out of the way for most other tourist sites. The staff polite and friendly, the rooms clean, beds comfortable, breakfasts a bit sparse. Good value for budget break.

The hotel was good with nice rooms with terrace with view on the rear of the building. I really appreciated the size of the bed (I stayed in a twin room) which was comfortable, the breakfast with fresh croissants, jogurt, fruit juice and hot drink and the location. It's very easy to move through Rome from this hotel! I've never... More

I have stayed in the hotel for three nights. It's very easy to find and very close to Termini station. The location allows you to go to the center on foot.It has clean and large rooms(mine has terrace). The breakfast is nothing special but tasty and the staff is friendly.Overall i like it and recommend it(worth the money)!!!

Nice value-for-money hotel, only 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini station and at walking distance of various places of interest. Not very luxury, but what you need for a short stay is there. Rooms seem to be used by smoking guests, which you can smell as a non-smoking guest. Service was ok.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
