Clean, elegant, touch of style in an ancient roman building. Very nice and friendly staff, great stay.Antonio was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was good and you can also have the opportunity to use the coffe machine during the day. I would go back again!

We spent 6 nights in this B&B and were very satisfied. It is situated near the Termini, and there are 2 metro stations within 5 minutes of walk. The breakfast was standard but sufficient. The coffee-machine works 24 hours. There were 3 complimentary bottles of water and juice. The staff replenished them regularly. Our room was big and clean. The gentleman...

Great location Very modern. Will definitely go back again. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Querky entrance using an old fashioned lift system. Arrived late at night to a pleasant welcome. The location was excellent for all the major tourist destinations and convenient for the Railway station.

Had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous little b&b. The reception area is lovely and smells gorgeous. The room was huge with a massive bed (really comfy), good air con and a lovely shower. Breakfast was lovely and all day access to coffee was fab too. Overall, a great place for a stop in Rome.

We stayed for 3 nights at this unusual and very nicely presented property which is situated in a great location.... Very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast is plentiful with a good choice and pastries to die for! Great coffee, hot chocolate, etc available all day. The property is...

This hotel is located in an apartment building and doesn't have a staff located on premises around the clock. We checked in the day of 10/12/14 and were immediately out the next morning. When first arriving, you'll need to ring the bell on the side of a building to gain access and then personally haul your luggage up the stairs...

The towels weren't very clean when we arrived and so was the fitter carpet. On the other hand, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We paid 180 euros per night and we felt that it didn't worth it. There are things that should be taken more care, especially when they expect families with small children .

Very good location, only a couple of blocks from train station. 5th floor B&B with very nice rooms and baths. Good wifi and the continental breakfast was fine. They have an awesome cappucinno machine that is available all day. Just what I wanted, good location, free wifi and breakfast and clean with comfortable bed.

Hotel is perfectly located - just 5-7 min on foot from Roma Termini, very easy to be found. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with a very big bed, high ceiling, and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was great, with amazing choice of yougurts, cheese, bakery, and many other stuff. Very positive moment is to enjoy breakfast with a view to...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

“It is a B&B occupying part of a floor in a larger building. There are a handful of rooms so no swimming pool or fitness center. This was great for us but I'm not so sure it would be good with younger kids wanting to entertain themselves. It isn't a resort or full service hotel ... again, we weren't looking for that.”
