6 of us stayed at the forum for 5 nights. The reason I picked this hotel was mainly the location as the focus of the holiday was to explore as many of the archaeological sights as possible. The hotel was lovely and staff helpful and efficient. I also wanted to us the Circumvesuvio train line to get us around. This...

I had originally booked a different hotel, but when I arrived, I discovered I booked the wrong date and the hotel had no rooms available as there was a major religious holiday being observed this weekend. The good news is that the hotel reception got on the phone and found another hotel with an opening and made the booking for...

We have stayed here many times and each time it has been wonderful! The last time was family vacation with 4 of our children, which included 3 teenagers. It was the perfect trip. We stayed for three days 2 nights and it was enjoyed by all. The kids loved the location and the bumper cars across the street at the...

Adjacent to the back entrance of the ruins the hotel provides immaculate well appointed rooms and restaurant. Reception staff (particularly Marina and Valentina) could not be more helpful. In all this was a pleasant 3 day stay which will be difficult to beat.

If your looking for low cost and access to the ruins it's a good hotel. Mattress's are hard as a rock and the rooms are basic. Staff did a very poor job explaining the parking situation resulting in a 44 Euro parking ticket. All in all ok(ish).

Location perfect, in front of Pompeii excavation site. Friendly staff. The hotel is actually animal friendly. They have a beautiful mascot dog Amico and a cat Romeo that stop by to say hi here and there, they live outside of the hotel. The outdoors of hotel is very charming. It has tables under a little grape plantation, with right illumination...

We loved the way this hotel was midway between the touristy 'ruins' part of Pompeii and the real town with its lovely Santuario. We caught one of the twice-a-year celebrations of the Madonna of Pompeii when people from all over the area for bit of a do - street market and fireworks all included. Room very clean and comfortable and...

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across the road from the ruins and although it is on the main road the hotel it's self was calm and peaceful. The room and bathroom were a generous size with plenty of room for clothes. It was wonderful to come back from...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Forum. Having looked at reviews for many local hotels we thought this seemed to be the best for the money. The photos of the lemon groves in the garden won us over and sure enough we spent a lot of time relaxing under them with a g&t! We were given an upgrade...
