This hotel is located within a 5 min walk from Napoli Central Terminal. It is very, very small, but the hotel is ultra modern and very nice. The staff at front desk was very informative and spoke great English. Many people report that the hotel is in a bad part of town, but most of the city center could be...

Very conveniently located close to the old town and shops, we comfortably walked all around Naples. Room was large, very clean and comfortable and contained a safe, shower also really good. The highlight for us was the breakfast with delicious pastries, cheese and meats, difficult not to overindulge. The staff were very friendly and offered plenty of good advice on...

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. Rooms are hotel rooms, very clean, daily room service. Breakfast is excellent from 730 to 1030 consisting of hot foods, meats and cheese, breads, many pastries and savoury pastries made in their kitchen each morning. Excellent coffee. Hotel is quite central. We walked all over the old part of Naples, the newer shopping...

The level of personal care and attention was unparalleled! Clean, comfortable cool rooms with an awesome rooftop terrace with a view for breakfast. The staff here truly cared about our stay and helped us navigate the city.

We stayed one night here after flying into Naples late afternoon. We did not expect nor demand much as we were leaving the next morning for the ferry. However, just a few minutes after we began to shower, we heard heavy banging on the wall next door. We initially didn't think much of it, but the banging continued. Then, the...

Stayed one night to catch early flight out in the a.m. Tiny room. I couldn't have done 2 nights there. Staff were wonderful. Location not ideal. The view from my "balcony": Didn't have breakfast as I left at 4:45 am.

Our room was red: the walls were red, the bedspread was red. A small very clean room, comfortable beds, bathroom & hot water excellent, small shower space. I would not recommend this for “large” people. The staff were brilliant: Giovanni, Rosaria, Claudio, Valerio were friendly, helpful , always ready to offer assistance. Valerio came across Piazza Mercato to “collect” us...

Very nice/ clean hotel. Small rooms but very manageable. Exceptional staff, family owned and they take personalized great care of you. They give great recommendations and we're helpful even after checkout. They ask you to call them for advise or help even outside the hotel! Breakfast was good 8/10. Service is excellent. Check in and checkout were seamless. Beds are...

Just about the best service ever! In a not very touristy area, so my daughter felt a little anxious but nice rooms, convenient location and incredible service. Great value and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.
