I was so jet lagged on arrival that I couldn't even think straight. Everyone on staff went out of their way to help me. They were so incredibly nice and understanding. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Once I napped a bit, I found the hotel is in a fantastic location. Everything's in walking distance. Again, the staff helped... More

Good hotel in a safe surroundings. Clean rooms with good air conditioning. Only few blocks from lively Via Tribunale. Italian breakfast with sweet cakes but also yoghurt, fruit and eggs. Best of all is Tommasso and his team, they really know the art of service! I was upgraded for a suite fir 2 first night. Very helpful and eager to... More

Arrive at this hotel set back in a courtyard and go up in the lift to the 1st floor reception. Nothing to tell you to do this so very confusing. However, we were greeted by wonderful receptionist 'Thomas' who gave us every faith the hotel would be great. We arrived at our room (a suite) which was nice and surpassed... More

Due to our flight being delayed, we arrived at midnight to find the exterior entrance to the courtyard being totally locked up. Having found our way to the hotel entrance, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and this welcome was proof of the treatment we received throughout or stay. Special thanks to Tommasso who gave us loads of guidance... More

The property itself is quite nice, and the location is very good -- but the staff is simply wonderful! The front desk people gave us excellent recommendations on local restaurants and sights to see, became practically good buddies, and even gave us a bottle of wine when we left. Anna, who oversees the excellent breakfast buffet, became our adopted Italian... More

We needed a hotel convenient to the airport. Previous reviews on Trip Advisor led us to this small, quaint and interesting hotel in the historic district of Naples. Do not let the unusual entryway on a busy street deter you from this hotel. You enter through an archway and walk across a courtyard to the elevator that takes you to... More

Good location, quiet, helpful English speaking staff, comfortable rooms. We were upgraded twice without asking. Difficult to fault, would happily return. Breakfast extensive with local pastries and fresh toast and wholesale bread. Would have liked some eggs as well, but hey ho.

The Hotel is very well located in the historical district, and close to the airport. It is a small hotel with about 12 rooms. It is very clean. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good, offering typical pastries in Naples. It is a very good hotel in a very chaotic city.

Typical mid-priced European hotel in terms of room size and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central and our room was quiet. The hotel entrance is set back behind a courtyard and difficult to see from the street. The neighborhood and most of naples is somewhat gritty and not for everyone but my wife and I... More

This hotel is hosted in rather unpretentious building with the entrance to the courtyard protected by the ancient heavy doors and the modern intercom. The antique elevator has been refurbished, and whilst small, it is functional and even relatively fast. What impresses you upon arrival is the warm welcome you receive from hotel's staff. The rooms aren't big, but they... More
