The views from this hotel are incredible! Not just from the bar/terrace but from our rooms too. The hotel was in a good location near the funicular railway but also a 15 minute walk into the historic centre. The hotel is an ex convent and it's easy to spend a while exploring all its nooks and crannies. Staff all very...

This hotel was a monastery and is up high just below Casteel St Elmo. The rooms are big, the bathroom was nice. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly excellent as was the service. Only complaints are the front desk speaks NO English, which isn't too bad in and of itself, but they are condescending and almost rude. Also, no...

Dear client, Thanks for your review, we are glad that you have enjoyed our rooms and our restaurant! Unfortunately, the historicity of the place doesn’t allow to put kettles in the rooms but room services facilities are available. We are surprised about the comment on the front-desk staff, our customers are mainly foreign: during the staff recruitment is essential at...

Just spent 5 nights in February. Fantastic hotel with elegant, old world charm. Situated in an old monastery, it is full of beautiful paintings, art and artifacts. Lovely room, bed was a dream and lots of modern conveniences. Only one restaurant open this time of year but they had a broad offering and a very good chef. Amazing views. Only...

Dear client, Thank you for your review and for having highlighted the features of our hotel! During the winter season our Bar is located in the cloister of the monastery on the ground floor, during the months of January and February, it was closed because we had to do some exceptional maintenance works on the original floor of the same....

This hotel used to be a monastary. My room is actually 2 rooms of the monks joined together. It has all the necessary equipment such a tv, a noisy airco, deposit box, mini fridge. The bathroom has a modern shower and bidet. It also has space for 2 couches and a small table. I have a wonderful view of the...

Dear client Thank you for your review and for having caught one of our objectives which is to feel the experience of a convent without the difficulties of the life of a monk! We are sorry that you didn’t feel safe. Just to inform you: for the Italian law, all the hotels in order to be operational needs a safe...

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was gorgeous. A lot of rooms and hall to explore from when it was a monastery. Kept in authentic style but newly renovated. Rooftop terrace with pool with a view all over town! Friendly staff. Recommend it! Had some amazing days there. It is situated in the top of the hill of the...

My fiancé and I stayed here 21-25th November and had a wonderful time. The hotel is full of charm and character and the reception staff are very friendly, especially Marcella and Rita (I can't remember the other's names, sorry!) The view from our room on the top floor was splendid; overlooking the whole bay of Naples. Such a thrill to...

This hotel is situated on top of a hill overlooking the whole of Naples. Nicely designed interiors and very good rooms. Steps down to the bay right outside the hotel an interesting walk through the lanes with lots of small bars and restaurants.

I cannot think of any better place where to stay for a fantastic stay in Naples. The views, the rooms, the roof garden and the swimming pool are simply amazing. We are not talking about the standardized "beauty" and comfort of the usual multinational luxury hotels. Here it is all a question of unique and singular beauty. The exceptional quality...

The hotel is rather 3 star than 4 star. It needs a general overhaul or renovation of the rooms. The price is too high for the offered. The junior suites are not worth their money because much too small. The beds including pillows smelled strongly of sweat, and the mattresses were extremely soft, deep sinking. The service staff was mostly...

Dear Sandro G thank you for this comments. Our hotel is an ancient monastery and its particular character is due to the use of tufo rocks for the walls. That can cause some continous maintenance works that we actually have. In our website you can see the size of each room and some pictures of each category. We have classic...

Enjoyed our stay. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Quite a walk uphill from main area of Naples but worth it for the view. Fairly quiet at this time of year and the pool and roof area were closed. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with stunning views.
