What a lovely hotel! It is based in a suburb of Naples but it is in a beautiful, private and quiet location. Easy access to town centre.
Customer service is amazing. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very intelligent and very helpful. Food is nice, portions are massive.
I can highly recommend this hotel. Would be returning back.
Thanks to all staff for an amazing experience xxx

This is a nice hotel but it does come with a few downfalls. The location isn't great there is a few things around such as supermarket, a few restaurants etc. If you are going to Naples to explore this isn't the hotel for you as you will need to get a 30 minute train/tube to get into the centre of Naples. If you aren't going to be leaving the hotel much then it is great, nice pool, quiet plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast is nice as you would expect really continental and english options. Lunch/tea isn't great quite pricey but with not much around that is probably why. You can make a tab to your room if you want to buy lunch or drinks around the pool which is handy but without care can rack up to a big bill at the end of your trip. We spent 3 days round the pool and 3 days exploring 1 in Rome, 1 in Pompeii and 1 on a coach trip round Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. Alternating these days. There will definitely be better more central hotels easier for travelling round if that is what you want to do. The hotel is kept clean and the staff are lovely the main downfall simply is just the location.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to travel into Naples and around Amalfi and Pompeii. It is a tranquil setting and ideal when you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city of Naples. Breakfast was amazing every day and special mention to Antonio who is such a great asset to the hotel, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Shout out to Pizza place just across the road and Influencer Cafe/Bistro who have only opened and are fantastic at what they do. Lovely place for a drink at night and a snack during the day. Plenty of places to eat if you dont wish to eat in the hotel.
Happy Hour is another place once you come down to main road and take a left at the lights, amazing burgers !!
Finally the hotel room was ideal for us (2 adults, 2 kids). we stayed in the split level room and it was perfect. Air conditioning was great and it was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided.

We travelled to this Hotel from Rome and made strenuous efforts to make our booking. Eventually we booked on-line despite an earlier exchange of emails. When we arrived we discovered that we had to cancel our online booking in order to benefit from the Discount offer. Unfortunately we were then told that there was no wifi at thee Hotel and it had not been working for 5 days. This act of 'concealment' was naughty as we work and need wifi to communicate with staff and suppliers. We also spent €30 on a taxi to stay at a Hotel we would not otherwise have stayed at. The Hotel's explanation was that they hoped to 'fix' the problem.

The rooms were smelly, the patio attached to the 'upgraded rooms' were filthy and the breakfast was really really poor. It took 6 attempts to get a caffe latte and the food was awful. The boiled eggs did not arrive at all - instead a plate of cold scrambled eggs, greasy bacon and chopped up frankfurters. The toast was dry bread which required 23 minutes to turn into toast as the machine was "not working properly".

The Pool was very good and very clean.

The Hotel was a 'pretend' 4 star - really a good 2 star, maybe a 3 star.

We arrived at pool at 10:30am. At 2:30pm, I went to pool concession area to order food/drink and nobody was there. Went to front desk and asked where husband and I can purchase food. Man told me the restaurant was closed but can go to pool area for sandwich. Went back to pool area, where a man and a woman were now behind the counter. They both told me the kitchen is closed and doesn’t open till 7pm. I confirmed ‘so there’s no food’ and they said ‘no food’. The glass bakery style case was empty. So my husband ordered McDonald’s to be delivered. When husband met delivery man in hotel lobby, 2 men behind front counter became upset telling husband he can’t bring in outside food and that we need to eat in our hotel room. Huh? This is all new information to us all while the hotel had no food to sell us. They went back and forth, finally hotel employee said they would make exception after my husband said we will be checking out immediately. Husband brought food to pool area for us to eat. An employee who presented himself as only Italian speaking, approached us pointing to the bag of food and began speaking unkindly. Husband told him he had already spoken to front desk and they agreed we could eat it by the pool. Employee, very displeased, walks off and continued to glare at us the rest of the afternoon.

Other than that… there was a strong sulfur smell more often than not. Outdated room with very small bathroom that needed a good cleaning. Trust me… keep looking at other hotel options.

The pool is quite nice, needed a bit of TLC here and there but nothing serious. The room we stayed in was in a block that overlooked the entrance, not a a bad room, walls were a bit thin between the different rooms though. The staff I found were excellent, house keeping were very good, the reception staff were excellent, we asked them to order a taxi for us, I was expecting a wee bit of trouble ( see a previous review ) but the kind lady on the desk told us how much we should be paying only the taxi driver... great service. Breakfast was good.
BUT be warned, you are quite a distance from anywhere, if you want peace and quiet, great, but if you want to sight see and haven't got a car then not advised to stay here.

Our experience at this hotel has been a lovely encounter. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is in a nice setting. The reason for the 4 stars is the area which is a bit far from Napoli centrale and other restaurants/ attractions. We can differently recommend this hotel if you don’t mind walking of talking the train (3 euros)/taxi (25 euros) or you just want to relax at the hotel. We were here under the COVID-19 era so there weren’t a lot of people at this time, so of course this have an impact on the review.
Kind regards a danish couple.

The staff is very nice, we were allowed to check in 2h before. The room was cosy and 20sec away from the swimming pool. The food was really good. The surrounding of the hotel is amazing. All in all very good hotel, we would come back again.

The only negative point was that the ham and cheese for breakfast could be of higher quality, but the croissants were good.

Beautiful, peaceful location away from the busy city centre, but 29 minute walk to the Mostra D’Oltremare conference centre. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. My room was spacious, bed comfortable and the terrace outside was welcoming,as were the pastries and little snacks at the bar. The hotel cats were charming company when I sat outside. I ate dinner in the hotel twice, the grilled prawn salad and the beef tagliata were tasty. Breakfast is continental style and good variety. My only very minor comment is the bathtub was small. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the pool and the lovely terraces.

We stayed here for four days as a family of 4 including 2 kids.
All the staff were excellent and very friendly from the garderner, wait staff to the reception staff.
The food was good and reasonably priced.
A well maintained pool and garden added to our stay.
Good pizzarea located at the main entrance was ideal for the kids lunch.

Is there a beach nearby
Answer from RobVG

Getting to this hotel without a car is almost impossible. It is high on a hilltop. Getting anywhere causes similar problems. The hotel does not offer shuttles. Only expensive taxis available. For excursions, the best option is to drive down by car to the Edenlandia railway station (Cumano line) where you take a train to Montesanto station in Naples. Subway takes you to Garibaldi and the Circumvesuviana line will take you anywhere around the bay, incl Pompei and Herculaneum (better than Pompei). Good pizza at the Piazetta in front of the hotel entrance or at the Due Palmi just past the Hotel Termi down the road.

Hi, there is a children's play area, as the pool has shallow areas for small children. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (10 mins). The beach is approx half an hour walk and not very big, would be better to stay around the pool to ensure shade.

Sorry forgot to say it is a bit isolated so not the best location if you are wanting to explore or looking for a pleasant walk at night.
