It is located at the best location in Naples, breakfast is superb, the rooms are spacious, clean and so are the toilets.. more than all the staff!! Oh my god, honestly I owe them a lot. They went beyond there responsibilities to help me and make sure I was comfortable!! The owner Marco is wonderful and friendly.. They will make...

+ Great location in the heart of Naples. Close to the metro station and historic city centre. Clean and relatively big room with a small balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. - Small inconvenient shower stall. Breakfast was almost nothing with coffee, tea and poor quality cookies. There is an old fashioned elevator and sometimes you...

Positives + Best hotel staff in Italy, possibly Europe. They could not do enough. + location is great, close to everything. Negatives - Smell in the bedroom is terrible. Only The Pope could get rid of it. - Coffee with breakfast was awful. - Very hard to get in the hotel on the first night, its not obvious and we...

Sewage smell in rooms was constant and hard to endurable. Breakfast was exterordinary poor. Bathroom extraordinary small. Warm water only for one person. Location is perfect, 5 steps from underground station.

I like that hotel in perfect place (center of the city). But unfortunately the bad smell in the bathroom and very strange breakfast (at least it was possible to offer fresh croissant instead of food packaging). And Instant coffee in Italy is a sin!

The location of this hotel couldn't be handier, right in the centre and the new metro has just opened literally right outside the door I would also recommend the restaurant at the bottom...

Great location, although hard to find at first as the name is on a plaque which is pretty small next to a massive brown door. You have to buzz in if the door is closed or try and work out that it is on the fifth floor of a strange office building. The room was big and the staff were...

Extremely large and clean room, impeccable service every day by friendly and polite staff, located in a fascinating early 19c palazzo with an astonishing view on a typical Neapolitan Piazza and the Vomero hill with S. Martino monastery overlooking our balcony. Can be noisy if you sleep with windows open in summer but this is a vibrant 24h style city,...
