Staff were very helpful and friendly. However my hot water wasnt working so they changed my room. They the fixed the irst room and put my things back in the older room without me knowing. Not very good practice. Hotel is ok for budget travel but not good enough if you are paying a decent price.

I ve bought the room by booking.com coz the add they post was introducing a small hotel in the middle of Naples with great pictures and great service. Once I got there (10pm) they cannot find my reservation on their pc ( or so called pc). The person at the reception cannot even speak a decent italian and also his... More

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Even if you're on a budget trip, there are much better places to stay in Napoli for the same or even less money. The hotel is located in a scary station area of the city, not a nice place to walk around, and at night it feels pretty unsafe. Rooms are in poor condition,... More

Taxi cab & hotel front desk clerk tried to double the price. It was a scam! Another employee had given us price before we walked in. Not a good area.

Though within walking distance of the Central Train Station of Naples, this hotel is definitely a budget place. We paid 44€ per night and got a room with old furniture, a bathroom with shower doors that hardly worked and a window opening to a back alley of people selling fake Prada, Gucci and Coach purses. I wouldn't recommend staying in... More

Never visit this hotel. The pictures are fraud. We walked in to check in at 4:00 and we have to wait 40 minutes until the room was ready. Then once we were let into the room, there was mold all over the bathroom, rust stains on the furniture and dirty feet marks on the walls. It was disgusting. To make... More

Well this section is about "tips and guidelines" - my view on this is DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL or THIS AREA OF NAPLES or Naples at all. The Palace is not a hotel, it is a student bolt hole. A hovel. We checked in, saw our room, dumped our suitcases there and then proceeded to walk around Naples to... More

Don't bother.... The rooms are shabby (ours had a chair with the stuffing hanging out, broken shower and curtains hanging off the rail), the corridors dim and cramped and the whole place gave the impression that rooms were available by the hour! It's location to the central train station is handy, but the whole area is less than pleasant, even... More

Where to start.........We weren't sure at first if the hotel was opened, had any other guests or was in fact the correct hotel. A mis match of names, Hotel Palace, Hotel Mexico on glass panels in doors and Hotel San D'Angelo on chairs in breakfast room. Supposed to be extensively refurbished but saw no evidence of that in rooms, lobby... More
