While very disappointed in the benefits and value of staying using points, there were some good points to mention. We flew from Tucson via San Francisco, Frankfurt, Munich then Naples to start our trip on the Amalfi Coast. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to make sure we had the best room possible and all amenities offered to...

The hotel is like cared at a 10 minutes walk from the port of Naples with ferries going to and from Capri and Sorrento. It is in the heart of historic district with wonderful touristic, shopping and eating places. The staff is very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay here. Totally recommended!

Stayed here in the last of three hotels during our trip to Italy. This was by far the best! The room was really well sized with a walk in wardrobe to store your cases and clothes out the way. The bed is the most comfy I have ever slept in. On the rooftop there is a Jacuzzi where you can...

Wonderful and friendly reception staff. We had a lovely suite with amazing views of the fort. Breakfast and service was ok. Waffles very good. Views incredible. Lifts were on the small side but very fast.

Resume: 1) the best located hotel to Napoli. Near to the historical center and the port. The metro station is just 200 m. Via toledo only 100m. Very safety and elegant area in the heart of center. 2) extraordinary rooftop Room: the superior room was comfortable and clean BUT the bathroom was too small and old, needing renovating immediately Staff:...

Wonderful hotel close to the centre of the city. The staff were exceptional and made you feel very welcome. We had a fantastic room overlooking the sea. As we arrived on Easter Sunday we were greeted with chocolate eggs and there were real baby chicks in reception for the children to see. Whilst the hotel is lovely it is the...

We took the Alibus from the airport --- which was great, easy and only 4 euros each but got off at the wrong Port stop (there are 2 port stops!) and had to walk with our suitcases for several blocks. No big deal but we were sweating by the time we arrived at the hotel. Actually, we were half a...

Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo, is an in-city hotel more suited for business people. The accommodations were good and breakfast had several choices. The staff was very helpful and courteous. If you like hustle and bustle this is a hotel for you.

The hotel is practically on Via Toledo, central street of Naples, full of shops and points of interest, from here you can visit the whole city center. A short walk from Castel Nuovo, Often called Maschio Angioino, clearly visible from the beautiful terrace where you have breakfast. The structure is very well maintained and the staff is very courteous and...

Great central location with easy walking to many points of interest and also close to metro stop and Via Toledo where it has blocked traffic for shopping and strolling. I didn't give this hotel 5 stars for several reasons. They are lacking a few things that we've come to expect in better and pricier hotels - a box of tissues,...
