Its the little things like the broken toilet seat (which I could fix in about 40 minutes including going to buy the replacement) and the irregularly functioning shower head that make this place a bummer. Oh, and the stink of cess that filled the room for some reason. And the fact that they wanted to charge me for my year...

Quite convenient, very friendly, very helpful, spotless and comfortable . The hotel is located quite close to a number of restaurants and bars that offer a range of food and drink. Local bar The Vitettli I do not recommend they tried to overcharge us for drinks.

This hotel has an alright location and alright service. As for the rooms, they smell wierd, but has a decent size. I recommend that you don't use the hotel parking, as the parking cellar is tiny and has a huge amount of cars parked. If we didn't have a rental car, I wouldn't have my coupé parked there.

We stayed here for one night (2 rooms) on our road to Sicily and to visit the nearby Pompeï city! Fortunately a private parking (15 to 20 EUR /night) is available at a couple of 100m from the hotel. Staff was generally friendly and helpful (except during breakfast). Nevertheless, our overall experience was disappointing! The rooms were dusty and the...

I give it 3 stars because it looks like a decent place in the middle of a real crappy area. When you walk in it was clean and the rooms look clean and modern. However the shower wouldn't drain properly and had a crack so the water soaked the bathroom floor, and the overhead "rain" style shower wouldn't turn on,...

This is a lovely hotel in busy area, quite noisy. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast ok. Clean rooms though no tea and coffee facilities as were described on website. Good for the price would recommend.

Four star hotel might be pushing it a bit but for what we paid as an advanced booking it was good value for money. Just 10 minutes drive from Naples International Airport it should only cost €10-15 if you don't let the taxi driver rip you off. About a 15 minute walk to the central railway station and 30 to...

Good location but on busy street. Had to leave windows open as AC was turned off so traffic noise was really loud. Called a four star hotel but saving money on AC means you get a one star sleep. Room was ok ,breakfast good but you go to a hotel to sleep not listen to trucks and bar noise

The stay was great, Naples is a great city. The hotel is halfway between the airport and the downtown, it is close to the bad part of the city. The breakfast was good, but the room onlí had a small window well above the head so there was no view. I still recommend the hotel, but ask for a big...
