Very good location on St Lucia waterfront overlooking the famous bay. The hotel rooms are not quite as expected in a four star hotel with a high room rate. The finish is fading and sound proofing from corridor was non-existing in our room. Bath room was cramped. The roof terrace is superb. Service was effective, preicse and friendly. Will stay...

We stayed at this hotel for one night and let me tell you first off...like most of the buildings in Naples, it is quite clear that in 1970 or 80-something, someone spent A LOT of money on this hotel. And they have done their best to look after and maintain it. The walls of our room were papered with soft...

Great location of the hotel. It has an old fashion decor, but yet still have a comfortable ambience. People at the lobby were really nice and helpful. Room was spacious yet a bit cold at night. The views from the terrace are astonishing! Recommend for a short visit.

This was an absolute ripoff. The price of the hotel shot up drastically right before purchase at 630pm--it was definitely not worth the money. They advertised air conditioning and had a non functioning unit. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub had hair from the previous occupant in it and dirt in all the drains. To...

Great hotel, location, friendly. Great view of the bay of Napoli. Had a great room, view of the bay. We had a taxi picking us up from the airport through the hotel with fixed prices. Breakfast was on the roof top with the view overlooking the bay and the mount Vesuve. It also was close proximity to embark on a...

This is an elegant but old and a bit worn hotel located on Naples Bay. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is walking distance to the old town and a large castle located in the bay. Many restaurants are close by making it a very convenient location. This hotel is half the price of some more upscale hotels...

What a gorgeous little Hotel with friendly, helpful staff in such a perfect spot right on the bay. The rooftop terrace where breakfast was served was absolutely lovely. The room we booked was VERY small, another twin ( separated Queen bed) and the shower cubicle was tiny, you could barely move. We would definitely stay here again but would make...

We were so glad that we picked this. The hotel arranged a taxi from the airport. We could have just done it ourselves and saved ten Euros, but worth it after a long flight to have a driver waiting for us. The hotel is near the ferry terminal and away from the congestion and graffiti of Naples, We never felt...

Well located hotel within easy reach of the old town, the ferry to Capri and numerous restaurants. Style of the hotel is unique, loved the detailed decor. Had breakfast every morning on the roof top terrace with fantastic views over the ocean, lots of fresh pastries and interesting cheeses. Yummy! Found reception service not be as overly friendly as some of...

From the moment we tried to open the door with our luggage the level of service was outstanding. I've read somewhere that staying here is like the Grand Budapest - not seen the film but I agree with the sentiment - its an old fashioned hotel with old fashioned values. Don't expect A1/5* facilities - and I hope they never...
