Beautiful hotel close to the Capodimonte Museum, Sanità and Catacombe di San Gennaro. Great to go to the Airport. This is a residential area, not a touristic part of the town, but it is very easy to reach the city centre walking (10 min walk from Piazza Dante). The room is spacious and well equipped (safe, large walk in shower, toilet douche, underfloor heating). Very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet location for a good night sleep. Attention to little details is needed to make it even better I would recommend
The hotel and room were very nice. The staff was cordial and welcoming, We had ample privacy. However, the service provided could be improved. The breakfast was very minimal with most things that were pre-packaged. The dinner served could also be improved. I would recommend other places which make you pay the same price but offer better room services.
This hotel is managed by a co-owner . They really care to give optimum service. Beautiful old villa, nicely renovated. Big garden with ancient trees and comfortable seating. Free and safe parking, right in front of reception. Strategic location. Short walk to the major museums and historic center. A bargain.
Firstly, Finding this place if you’re not familiar with Naples style back street roads is a hard find. It’s literally down a back alley and in rush hour at night was challenging. But, on arrival it’s a beautiful sight with tasteful exterior decor and very classy reception. The female receptionist spoke great english and was very helpful with directions local pizzerias & supermarkets. Lift to the 3rd floor takes about 3 years but we’re hardly in the Rockafella building. The room was clean and smelt amazing! Modern TV with free wifi. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. We had a awkward moment on one of our nights when another guest tried to stream untasteful pornography to our TV via screen mirroring. We had to turn the network connections off our TV as they couldn’t seem to figure out their steamy night was being streamed into our room. Some mornings other guests were very loud when closing doors like they were leaving a room after an argument with their partners. No information given about spa facilities. Mini bar was slightly overpriced. €3 for a can of coca-cola or a 200m walk to a supermarket for a bottle of wine...we walked ;). Breakfast wasn’t a great variety but we had coffee and a choice of pastries which was all we needed to start the day. We tried to add an extra day to our trip but the gentleman on reception couldn’t match comparison website prices so we booked online and kept our room for an extra night. Overall nice hotel. Would stop again. Thank You…
Avoid. First of all the location is not great; far from the city centre and main tourist attractions, in an area that offers nothing for tourists. We were asked to pay upfront at check-in for a 2-night stay, which I found unusual, but when I saw our room I understood why. Dry and unwelcoming room that did not match the description given on the website (e.g. no hot tub even though that's what was advertised). The only solution offered by management was to pay to upgrade to a room with an outdoor jacuzzi (in December). After 30 minutes trying to find a solution with the not-particularly-helpful hotel management I simply asked to be refunded so that I could leave to another hotel. Amazingly, the hotel refused to refund me even one cent of the full, 2-nights payment that they charged me upfront (before allowing me to see the room), and has since been ignoring my communication with them. I notice other reviews also refer to poor service/shady practices at this establishment. Naples is a great city with many nice hotels - go somewhere else and avoid the potential issues.…
Stayed here for four nights recently Nice clean room, very close to the main road and airport. Planes fly directly over the hotel which can be noisy. This wasn’t a problem for us Breakfast was adequate, however breakfast room had a leak which made the floor very slippery. I slipped and fell on my knee one day. My knee was sore and swollen. The staff saw but said absolutely nothing to us, no apology or anything even though my knee was pretty bad. Please note that the hotel takes city tax when you check out, cash only. This is something I feel they should tell guests beforehand as most will be low on cash by the time their stay is up Overall it was a quaint little place and staff were friendly enough and speak English well
We are was so happy from a long day can rest in this good place with simpatico peoples what love the work. Make all a good jop. Only in the morning the breakfast can be better and more fresh. But the rooms very cleaning and beautiful
We booked this hotel late in day travelling to Naples for a flight back to Ireland after a small tour of Italy , the hotel is amazing , beautiful staff and the room we were allocated was unbelievable , we stayed in room 106 and there was nothing to complain about :) bed was super comfortable and room had everything , would definitely recommend to stay here ❤️❤️❤️
