We were return visitors to this hotel. It is in an ideal location for seeing the sights of the city. Don't let the neighbourhood worry you. It is in the middle of Saconapoli which is the old city so is run down but well known historians liken the area to how Pompeii was before the eruption. There is so much...

The hotel is very central in Naples old town, 5-10 minutes in one direction to the main area for restaurants and 20 mins the other way to the train station. The room and bathroom were nice enough. The air conditioning didn't seem to have much effect. The bar area was small and dark but the sofas were comfy, we got...

Great hotel in Naples. Not expensive. Lovely modern, clean big rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, love a chat full of information. Close to oldest pizza restaurants in Naples , Sorbillo pizzeria and Da Michele massive pizza's for 5 euro's. Felt safe at all times. Definitely a good hotel to stay at.

We selected this hotel as it was centrally located in Naples. Although it was beautifully decorated and won an award, the hotel failed to live up to its appearance. The wi-fi is extremely week and cuts out several times an hour. Our experience was marred by a number of things; the biggest being the wi-fi, the lack of air conditioning...

We hab been given a room at 4th floor and it was probably one of the best because it is on top floor. room is very clean, isolation very...

WE loved the location right in the heart of the historic centre of Napoli. Room was delightfully quiet. Fabulous - given the location. Staff were charming, shower was excellent and so was the breakfast. Bed ok i found the pillows a bit hard often hotels offer a softer choice. 2 things I thought let the hotel down 1. Our room...

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a "Superior" room -- which was very comfortable, great linens, comfortable mattress, nice view of the square below (and a glimpse of Vesuvius over the rooftops!), and great breakfast (included in the price). The service was excellent and we would stay there again for sure. Some of the most charming and...

This hotel is located right into the heart of Naples, in a building which has been restored probably few years back and kept in a good shape. The BF is good with decent choices - My experience was not at all good, travelling with family of 5, booked 2 different rooms and its a mess. They moved us into 3...

I loved this boutique hotel. Paid a little bit more for a room at the front with a balcony and view of the streets below. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choices and the delicious cake was memorable. Received a free glass of prosecco and snacks in the bar for each night stayed which was a really good perk and...
