You can taxi from the ferry pier (Marina Grande), or you can catch a bus from the same location. Take the bus going to Capri town (not to Anacapri). The bus goes up the hill on Via Marina Grande. At the top of the hill the road turns into Via Roma. Get off at that stop, which is just past the small roundabout. (Check Google maps to get a visual image.) From there, the hotel is just a few steps away. Enjoy!
No it does not. They give you a lite breakfast which is mainly pastries. There is a fridge that everyone can use for food and drinks. There is also a market across the road where you can buy food and wine or beer etc.
