Very impressed with the staff at this hotel, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was clean and has a lovely roof terrace with bar. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is within walking distance of the station too.

Clean, good sized room, great service and friendly staff. Happy hour daily and the breakfast was plentiful and good variety! Did I say the location was perfect? Within 8 minutes to walk to the city center. We will stay again!!!

There is a basement garage with a lift to reception - that may be your best solution but again not 100% sure of it's suitability for a mobility scooter. Sorrento in general does not strike me as very mobility friendly and I can't recall seeing a single scooter last visit. There are a lot of narrow pavements, and it's extremely busy in high season.
