Not sure about the towels as it was cold when we were there, but they do have toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel staff are very accommodating.

Some space on the forecourt. There is a gate to the left hand side of the hotel entrance but I did not explore that area. Best to contact the hotel direct. Sorry I haven't been able to help.
