I recently stayed at Hotel Tourist as part of a school trip. The rooms are decently sized and some have a balcony looking out onto the noisy road. The rooms have air conditioning but ours failed to work. The bathroom was fairly small and dated but the shower was quite powerful. The staff were a mixed bag of grumpy and...

I stayed at hotel tourist on a school trip, and it was the best holiday I ever had, thanks in part, to Hotel Tourist. Firstly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pepe, one of the waiters, was a highlight of our trip. He was eager to help and, despite struggling to grasp the concept of vegetarianism, gave pescetarianism a...

This is a nice, cosy hotel. There's an outdoor swimming pool, but, being February, we couldn't exactly go in it! Anyhow, of the things we did experience: The location is nice. Personally, I adore the sound of traffic, and our room looked out onto the road, which, for me, was a huge positive. The room was generally pretty good. It...

I'm not a tourist my self, but it was a good place for tourists to stay. I liked the hotel a lot, but I didn't really like the food, I had a nice overview of the pool. The roads were always busy during the day or night. I would recommend this hotel if you're only looking for somewhere today because...

Decent hotel, in a good location (really good food for shopping), rooms are good, with nice views and the courtyard is lovely. The only thing that would bring this place down was the food, which was edible, but not very tasty.

Well what can We say. We read all the various comments and went ahead. Yes room 605 is excellent if you are hard of hearing or deaf!!!!! However we were moved quite quickly and without any hassle of any kind to room 501 overlooking the pool and the railway track, did the trains bother us, no way!! Now to the...

Hotel Tourist was a nice clean Hotel with easy access to the main town, Sorrento, also walking distance to Rail Station and all the guided trips to all the attractions nearby. A lovely swimming pool, and because all the staff were friendly and helpful, it was an enjoyable stay.

The evening meal food was a little short of what i expected but there was plenty. You have to choose your menu in the morning. The hotel is on a cross roads of the...

Having read reviews I was a bit dubious but having stayed here I realised few people give a good review most people use it to nit pick and moan hence my review. We came to Sorrento for a friends wedding. The hotel is perfect for what it is, its not the Ritz but you are not paying a lot but...

I stayed here for a college trip in March and I highly enjoyed my experience. The location is excellent and surrounding many shops and restaurants. Not so suitable if you want to be continuously connected as personally I found it tricky to contact family whilst away using their wifi system, but I couldn't fault this hotel otherwise!
