The Staff are rude and unhelpful (especially the Restaurant staff). You are told where to sit and who to sit with for your entire holiday! We were there for two weeks and thank goodness we got on well with the couple we had to sit with every day. The Restaurant Manager was very abrupt and told me not to bring... More

Very big room and bathroom (with outside window) with plenty of storage space. Very friendly and helpful staff 24 hours and tour desk. Bar downstairs is cheap with nice cappuccinos. Cafe latte with breakfast is very nice. Good location next to the lemon grove (you can take short cut through here), 10min walking distance from train station with luggage and... More

This is a reasonably priced hotel that is only a short 5 minute walk to piazza Tasso and a few more down to the port, yet feels away from it all. We had room 525 which was on the top floor (beneath the roof top terrace) and had a balcony with ocean and Vesuvius views, not to mention the most... More

Stayed with my husband for 1 week. Hotel room was basic and the bed a bit hard but the room was very clean and cleaned every day. We had a balcony which was great as it overlooked the sea. We only had breakfast a few days and found the food nice, we ate out every night so can't comment on... More

We stayed in the Hotel La Meridiana in July 2011. We were a party of four - a couple with two teenage sons staying in 2 rooms. We were really pleased with the accommodation - both rooms had views over the lemon grove and we could see the sea! Lovely balcony to sit on if you preferred not to go... More

My family stayed for a\week at La Meridiana as part of a tour group . The location is ideal being a 7 minute walk from Piazza Tasso ( centre) and yet in a quiet area. It is advisable to walk the quieter road just down the lemon orchard to the side of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and certainly airconditioned... More

The hotel is well-located; a 3 min walk from the train station and main street and spitting distance of beautiful views over to Naples. The hotel itself is basic. Our room was a fair size but the beds weren't very comfy and the shower was terrible (low pressure and fluctuating temperature, regardless of time of day). Our room was on... More

What a nice place. After 47 years of marriage this was our honeymoon. Within walking distance of everything worth seeing in Sorrento. Pleasant and helpful staff, great restaurant for dinner. I could go on. But convince yourself and book a room. You won't regret it. Best bang for the buck! We loved every moment of our stay, regardless of the... More

This is a great hotel in a great location to see Sorrento. We would have enjoyed our stay very much if the hotel did not have a policy of turning the air conditioning off at night! Doesn't make sense to me.... why would you turn the air off at night when everyone is in the hotel? If you need to... More
