I was very disappointed with this hotel. As soon as I came in lobby stinks like an ashtray. Very far away from the center. Nothing to eat nearby, maybe one restaurant off the premises. Restaurant in the hotel is really really overpriced. One small piece of fish and nothing else €22.00. Seriously? Very noisy and flat pillows. If I could’ve I would’ve canceled my 6 night stay on the very first day. Awful would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is located few km from city centre. It is easy reachable by SITA bus from Sorrento bus/train station. We had to wait extra 20min until our room is ready at the check-in. The room itself was very small and oldish. The ceilings in bathroom were moldy, the furniture were damaged and worn out. The edges of balcony were damaged. There were no toilet brush in bathroom. The soundproofing was terrible, as we heard all the neighbours next doors and elevator, even we were not close to it. Each time elevator arrives, there is a noisy signal which could be heard throughout the whole floor. The staff spole English poorly, especially at breakfast. Everyone was having breakfast indoors sitting at the same room without masks, although, noone checked the Green certificate at the check-in or later. The choice of food at breakfast was terrible and the scrambled eggs made from egg powder was awful. The pool area was full of small kids ruining any peacfull rest there. Otherwise, pool is nice - wide and deep. We were charged 3€ per small water bottle from mini bar, even though, no price list was available. The only good thing about this hotel is the free shuttle bus to the city centre and back. Never would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not 4-star hotel. Overpriced! There better options available at Sorrento!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was perfect base for our stay in Sorrento. Situated 10 mins from the town centre makes for a lovely quiet setting. The excellent bus shuttle service means that it is very easy to get into town and avoids the cost of expensive taxis. The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and always helpful. The pool is amazing and was thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel if staying in Sorrento. Well done.

Nice hotel up the hill with beautiful view. Large, hygienic rooms. HOWEVER, not worth 4 starts: * bad acoustic in the building/ rooms * noisy environment: music till late in the evening/night. Hotel staff didn’t provide a solution. * shuttle service not at all corona proof + no shuttle service between 1 and 4.30 pm. We wanted to take the shuttle back to the hotel at 10.30 pm, but the buss was full (two evenings in a row!). We had to wait 45 min for the next one.

This is a really good hotel to stay if you are visiting Sorrento. It has magnificent views of Mount Vesuvius across the Bay of Naples, especially at night from the veranda bar. And there is a large pool which gets the sun all day. But what makes the hotel special is the staff, all of whom did their very best to make our stay enjoyable. It is clear that many of them have been with the hotel for many years and are proud of this. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The Covid restrictions meant the hotel had very few guests - only seven for our first 5 days - but everything was still available and the restaurant provided a full service each day with everything cooked to order. The hotel provides a regular courtesy bus service into Sorrento which we used, although it is a fairly easy 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to families with children as well as couples and individuals.
