We loved our little apartment with kitchenette on the ground floor just off the beautiful Plaza Antonino, close to everything. We are seniors and appreciated the convenience the location offers for close walks to the train and everywhere. Our room was just off the patio, with no windows, but had a king-size bed and very spacious. We cooked some meals...

My wife and I stayed here for five nights in October 2014 as we used Sorrento as a base for exploring the area. Very simply put - this was one of the best hotel choices we've ever made. Room: We booked one of the ground floor apartments that open on to the common terrace (a perfect spot for an evening...

Villa Elisa is located in downtown Sorrento, right around the corner from the main square. It's convenient to everything; restaurants, shopping, bus, train, ferry terminal, etc. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Bougenivilla apartment upstairs which has 4 small rooms; itty bitty kitchen, living area, bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps 2. The apartment and 2 terraces face the Piazza...

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Elisa. As others have said, the location is extremely convenient and Antonio and his family are very attentive and helpful. We used the villa as a base for exploring the area by bus, coach and boat. It is centrally located for all of these and the train station. There are...

hidden away on a busy corner behind a wrought iron gate, you could pass this by unnoticed. A lovely outdoor terrace for chilling with a drink (or two), and cute apartments. Ours had a double bedroom/sitting room with a separate little kitchen and two bathrooms. Very authentic and sympathetic conversion. The owners were friendly and helpful and the location great...

We recently stayed here for accommodation for us and our family. It is perfectly located if you are getting married at Cloisters as it is literally around the corner. The room we were given had its own terrace upstairs and we only had to knock on the door of Antonios mum who was happy to help with any request. We...

My fiance and I stayed here in Sept/Oct 2013 for a week and can recommend it as a good base to explore Sorrento and the surrounding areas. The room was a perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the use of the courtyard to eat and relax. The room was cleaned every day by the cleaner, and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located in the most beautiful square of Sorrento are some attractive Mediterranean-style studio apartments (each with its own combined living and kitchen area), giving onto a pretty private courtyard which is full of flowers and plants from early spring until the late autumn. Private transport is not necessary due to the close proximity of the apartments to bus, train and ferry services. In this way, the island of Capri, the city of Naples, the ancient Roman cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum as well as the stunning Amalfi Coast are all easily accessible. The apartments enjoy a superb central location in the very heart of Sorrento. In just a few steps you can reach the little lanes of the old town with charming shops and cafés; the cloister of St. Francis with its concerts and exhibitions; excellent seafood restaurants and a small beach and bathing area. The lively main square of the town with its beautiful atmosphere is very close by. Alternatively, within an easy ten minute walk you can find yourself in the quaint fishing village of Marina Grande. ... more   less
