We leave tomorrow after 5 beautiful days at Villa Rina. Everything was amazing, the country house, our room with bath, the food, the setting, the service, and of course Rina and her staff, especially Mena. This stay was sheer joy! And every morning leaving and every evening returning was an adventure! We were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary... More

We just left after spending 7 nights at Villa Rina...it was absolutely the best place we could have stayed in. The room was great - not very big, but it had a small table with chairs, wardrobe, desk, air conditioning, etc. It also had a terrace which you share with the room next door (there is a partition which keeps... Rina made us feel like invited guests. Amaizing views, country house feeling, excellent cooking with fresh lemon and vegetables from the garden, and great company. Yes, many steps to get there but this is part of the experience. To recommend to your best friends only

Where to start?! Rina was amazing. There are only 5 rooms in the hotel, so she has time for everybody and is very attentive. We were greeted with home-made lemonade. Our room was just as we expected, balcony with a sea view. And what an amazing view! Rina makes everything herself - from home-made limoncello, wine and amazing rustic Italian... More

Rina has a great thing going. Not for everyone but for those that have an adventuresome spirit and a genuine down to earth disposition this is about as close to heaven as we will get. Private home.Stunning view. Homemade everything. Rina's hospitality is top drawer. But, for this stay you must plan ahead a bit. I'm not going to spoil... More

We stayed one night and loved it, we were made to feel very welcome by Rina and ate there in the evening- lovely setting and good home cooked food. Yes there are a lot of steps to climb to get there so don't take a large suitcase but it is well worth it for the peace and calm when you... More

Just returned from a 7 night holiday with my husband, sister in law & her husband. On arrival by Taxi transfer from Naples airport we were greeted by a donkey (and helper) who was to carry our luggage up the 250+ steps. As long as you are able to manage these steps on a daily basis it is most certainly... More

Amazing views, and an amazing host. Ate their 2 out of 3 nights, even though it's a B&B - fantastic food, fab value for money, sitting looking over Amalfi Bay. Rooms are fine, topped off with the balcony view. Walk up the steps helps walk off the food, but it's isn't for those who won't enjoy that. What's lovely about... More

You will be welcomed by the wonderful host Rina, who made her house a great place from which to explore the surroundings of Amalfi – or just relax and enjoy the magnificent view right from your room. Rina can help out with advice on what to do during her stay (her English is very good). The rooms are spacious and... More

We stayed for 2 nights and wished it was longer! Rina does an excellent job of making you feel welcome from your initial meeting. It is not for the faint of heart because you have to walk up some 200+ steps so pack light. We took just the essentials for our stay and very glad we did that. Breakfast was... More
