We spent 2 nights in this hotel and we did not spend much time in the bedroom. It was hot and stifling even with the window opened. The air conditioning worked quite well but the room was really small and we once the suitcases were in, we had trouble moving around. Apart from that, it is clean, there is a...

This being my second trip I knew what to expect-having refurbished i was even happier. Although we were initially given a small room for 3 people in which we could barely move we were given a room for four at no extra charge after asking the reception to change it. Breakfast is on the roof with modern furniture and a...

My family and I planned to stay here for 4 nights, but we left after only one night. The room smelled like ciagrette smoke when we arrived. We asked for a nonsmoking room and were advised by their unfriendly staff person that all rooms were nonsmoking. The air conditioning did not work, so none of us slept well. The kids...

Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2013. The hotel feels like a hospital. Woken up at early hours of the morning with people going up and down the stairs the hotel is very noisy and i never had a good sleep. The uncumfortable bed, tv from the 70's and bad smell to the old room is just an added...

We stayed for one night before catching the ferry. The room was huge and had a sea view, although the decor was a bit dated and tired it was spotlessly clean and came with Sky Tv. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpfull. It was excellent value and had we been able to stay longer would happily used it...

We only stayed in Reggio di Calabria one night, but we wound up at a very good hotel. The Hotel Lungomare is very close to everything: the Lido train station, the Museo Nazionale della Magna Grecia, and the port with its ferries to Messina. Many of the rooms have views of the Strait of Messina and Sicily (see the photo...

We arrived at this hotel on a Sunday in Sept seeking an alternative to the noisy hotel down the road where we had spent the previous day which had builders and scaffolding!! The Lungomare hotel was really good , in particular the staff were really great. The room with balcony was bright and clean with a fantastic view of the...

This hotel is in an ideal location, near the main street for shopping, literally around the corner from the National Museum, on the Luongomare and for me near the aliscafi (hydrofoil) to the Aeolian Islands. It is not an expensive hotel, and it is clean, personnel very helpful, some speak English as well as other languages, good continental breakfast. This...
