My suitcase with all my belongings was stolen from my hotel room while I was out for the day! The hotel staff was not helpful with this. All they did was give me the address of the local police. The room was not secure - I think the thief jumped through the window (even though I was on the 4th...

Big beds and perfect central location are best things about this hotel!! Rooms are cleaned every days and new towels also. Very cool room design! But....there's only one chair,no table available.....and rooms are very small. Red light in bathroom in a nice touch though :)

Location was excellent and rooms looked clean. However, the rooms consist of two rooms separated by a dividing door - which is not soundproof at all. For example, we could hear very clearly from our bathroom what was being said over the phone to the people in the adjoining room. I paid for a private room online, and this is...

The building is located near the centre in a dodgy street ( striper clubs), there is not reception, just a code for a massive door ( mind the step) The room has a big bed and a big mirror, that's all. There is a particular horrible smell and the humidity is not nice. In the shower room was missing one...

Firstly lets talk about check in, which is painful. you must know that the reception is not at the hotel - it is about a 10 minute walk away. you can arrange a direct check in but have to keep emailing the reception as they forget to send you the details. Direct check in is better and faster but not...

I usually try to avoid hostels due to their reputation and my age, but this one looked like a standard hotel. It wasn't. First of all the room and bathroom were very small. In fact the sink had to fit at the end of the bed. The styling was quite modern but not to my taste - Black tiles on...

I arrived at 4pm to a locked door and a map (missing many street names and with no indication as to what way is north or otherwise) directing me to another hotel to check in. In the hot sun and with all of my luggage I set off on what felt like a wild goose chase. After asking several people...

I spent three days with my girlfriend in this hotel and these are our conclusions: Positive aspects: - Apparently the room and the corridors seem pretty and cleaned; - The location is good because it is just 3 minutes away from the main square of the city. Negative aspects: - First of all don't look under the bed because it...

Close to the railway station and the center of the city. An English speaking staff. Modern room. The room was not clean enough! It was difficult to understand how to open the main door to exit the building! Check-in place is 10-15 minutes from the principal accommodation! It was not mentioned in a description and was written in a small...
