We loved our stay in this typical Spanish town house. It is in the perfect location close to Plaza de la virgin and made such a change from staying in a homogenous hotel. It still had all the comforts- comfy bed, clean linen and towels, private bathroom with large shower and room cleaned every day. We stayed in room 6... More

This was our second visit to Almirante. Each time the rooms were clean, bed linen fresh, hosts friendly but rarely seen unless needed. Bathroom adequate with constant hot water. Access to accommodation is through a !large wooden door with a raised wooden threshold and up a flight of marble steps ( may present problem for people with mobility issues )... More

Unexpected and charming room with kitchen and outside seating area. The rooms were always clean and breakfast was in the Pepe Pico cafe next door. Also a nice grocery shop with fresh fruit which we had every day! Very central to the city with Cathedral and Turia gardens nearby. Would definitely stay here again - Gracias!

Very satisfied with our 6 night stay, with only a very few small quibbles. The location is great - minutes from the main plaza with the cathedral, basilica, bars, restaurants etc - but never the less in a quiet road in which we felt perfectly safe walking day and night. The metro has a terminal at the airport, and is... More

Our room was very clean and the bedroom was more spacious than most double rooms, having an areas with a sofa where we could sit which was pleasant. The location was good, near the main square of Plaza la Reina where most of the tranport hubs are located. We saw little of our hosts, in fact only on check in... More

Location is perfect, right next to the cathedral and main square, yet very quiet at night. Bus stop for access to the beach, is a two minute walk. Mini supermarket for essentials next door. The bathroom was the best I have ever seen of any hotel I have used before. Air conditioning was fantastic when it was 30 degrees in... More

I stayed here about 2 years ago, and this time around it was just as good. The building is full of character, but the decor very modern, with loads of space, and a lovely bathroom. V central, breakfast perfectly fine downstairs in the bar (nice coffee). Highly recommended.
