Detailed Reviews
I stayed two nights there during my stay in Valencia. Hotel is situated on the suburbs, few minutes walking from the Benimanet subway station (line 2) Very good and really profesional staff. Rooms quite big with comfortable bed, refrigerator in the room, no glasses. The berakfast was unforgetable, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruits, cakes, tosts, bread, juice, coffe. Everything You want , hot and cold, very tasty. There is a n outside pool in the hotel, quite deep- you could swim. Great pleace indeed. Accordance with Covid-19 the guest have to decide what time would have breakfast, distance in the main hall is required.

We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast and would highly recommend the hotel. It is very clean and well located, a short walk to the metro, bus and tram stations. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of hot food, cold meats, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries, hot drinks and fresh juice. We very much enjoyed the pool too which has parasols, loungers and beanbags. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great find for a last minute late night booking for us three touring cyclists, staff were really welcoming & allowed us to store our bikes overnight. Good sized family room, twin bathroom & a well provisioned breakfast. Nearby to the Benimà met Metro Station

Last year October, I have stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group, and while the location was secluded, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room met all standards for comfort and cleanliness, which was a plus.
However, I was disappointed with the gym facilities. It appeared to be a modified hotel room, only equipped with cardio machines and lacking any weights or dumbbells. This limited the workout options and was a letdown for fitness enthusiasts.
The biggest disappointment, though, was the dinner included in our package. The paella, a signature dish of Valencia, fell flat and lacked the rich flavors I’ve experienced at other Spanish restaurants. Overall, while the accommodation was satisfactory, the gym and dining experience could use significant improvement.

We were here with a tour group. The rooms were fine (clean and comfortable), though the hotel is in need of an update (some seriously threadbare towels!). Also it can be noisy, as there’s a central atrium, so if anyone is at the bar or lobby, it echoes right up through the whole hotel. It’s way out in a suburb, so you’ll need a taxi or car to get anywhere.
Breakfast/dinner buffets were ok. They seemed to be understaffed, so things tended to run out and not be replenished in a timely fashion. It’s inexpensive, so I guess it’s ok for the price!

The hotel is located in a secluded outskirts of Valencia, near the exhibition center with a very reduced charm. Very badly soundproofed rooms, so a noise level like in a youth hostel. In room 431, the air conditioning was set to permanent heating, despite high outside temperatures of around 20°C (27.12.2022). The regulation didn't work, so windows wide open, which means even more noise. Worst of all: The breakfast is a disgrace, a cheap selection of products. And there's not even freshly squeezed orange juice, which you would expect in Valencia with all the orange plantations just outside the city. Unfortunately there was only orange juice from concentrate. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

I thought this place was horrible. Checked in easily and after arriving at our room, the sofa bed was open and it was at the entrance top the room. You had to climb over it to enter and then we were able to close it. Went to the bathroom and the door hab]ndle did not work so I was locked in. My companion could not open from the room side either but we finally shimmied the door open but did not close it the remainder of our stay. The AC was set at the coldest and still the room was warm / hot. It clearly did not work. Poor location for outside restaurants. Not recommended

This is a hotel where guest expirience is the last priority. First night we visited the bar and staff there is best described as kind of 'evil' Our company in shock.
Next day at around twelve we tried to get a cup of coffee. We weren't alowed to get coffee from the restaurant. With of without payment?? We we're ordered to get coffee from the vending machine. It takes coins. Getting coins in the hotel was the next mission impossible. And in trying and 'communicating' they don't look at you. Only talk to each other etc.
If you want a cheap hotel in the outskirts of Valencia (you need to drive at least 10 km for the first restaurant) with ok rooms and clean and want to be handled like a lower kind of existence...this is the place to be

A very pleasant hotel which ticked virtually all the boxes for us.
Spacious, clean and well equipped room with a very comfortable bed and pillows.
Excellent breakfast and perfectly pleasant and reasonably priced restaurant and bar.
Safe and very secure underground parking at a reasonable charge of €10 per night.
Only slight downsides are the location, which didn’t seem that great, and it appeared further from the airport than suggested. Other than that…highly recommended.

The Good: Beautiful hotel, good rooms, a little small clean & comfortable, A/C resterant & bar, swimming pool, nearby supermarket, local bus service. The bad: The resterant staff have no english speakers and the menu's are in spanish only. The Ugly: Far from the city center & the airport $8.00 to $10.00 euros by taxi, & the buses stop running by 11:00 PM
