I was very apprehensive about this hotel having read some reviews on here . If you want luxury go somewhere else , if you want a / reasonable base to use in order to explore Benirdom this hotel is perfect and that was my intention when going to Benirdom on my own . The room was of a reasonable size...

They all work really hard and will do each other's jobs to make sure that guests are attended to as quickly as possible. We were here for a 3 night break / long weekend in February and the Marconi suited us perfectly for what we needed. It is a proper Spanish hotel with very few British staying so don't expect a "full English" for breakfast because you won't get it. We stayed half board just because the price difference was only about £12...
