We spent a week at the Condal at the end of November, with no expectations. We were dropped at Porkys Bar with no idea where the Hotel was, but a kindly shopkeeper put us right. The Condal has a brilliant staff, from management to cleaners. The room was spotless and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was 'Eat as much as you...

We stayed here for one night. It was cheap and cheerful, no view and full of older Spanish couples. A nice hotel and a tasty breakfast too. If you're not a Spanish speaker, you might struggle but it's worth a go.

I stayed here with friends when we visiting Benidorm for Benidorm Pride. The hotel is quite close the the old town which is a bonus when you're staggering home! The hotel is very clean but is very basic. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the bed linen is quite scratchy. My room didn't have a view. I was greeted...

I took my fiancé to Benidorm for his birthday, it was the end of May, when we first arrived at the Condal we was informed that there had been an error, and we would have to stop some where else for the night, we felt really disappointed, however they paid for a taxi to where we had to go. We...

We have just returned from a 4 night break at the Condal Hotel in Benidorm. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The room we stayed in was basic, with 3 single beds although two could be pushed together to make a double. There was a TV in the room and free airconditioning. For those...

Clean room, only twin beds available. Basic hotel, made nicer with friendly helpful staff. I speak Spanish, but any staff member I met, made an effort to speak English. Most guest were Spanish, I think the only other English were my 2 friends staying. Cooked breakfast selection was disappointing as eggs were rubbery, fried bread was hard, beans overcooked. But...

Lovely staff, decent bathroom and edible pastries for breakfast. All of this let down by the room decor which is drab, dreary and quite frankly depressing. My 'balcony' faced over a 'hole' in the middle of the building where the kitchen extracters are situated. Directly opposite is another 'balcony' so unless you want extra guests you have to have the...

How anyone can write a bad review regarding this quaint hotel is beyond me, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are so friendly, you get what you pay for, I have just asked for a fridge in my room, 20 mins later, I have been informed that it is there, I will be coming back
