These people are rude aggressive and try to be very intimidating. Was given two scruffy and rundown apartments and whe you complained they go off on one and tell you they will give you your money back for your remaining days knowing you can't get an apartment for 3 weeks at sort notice. Don't touch FINCAS

We have just returned from a fantastic week long break in Benidorm. We booked Trinisol 2 apartments as a last minute decision expecting the worse when we read the reviews. The place isn't the Ritz but not bad in comparison to plenty of so called good hotels in Spain. We had a bit of a hike up the hill with...

no air con, most people in the apartments lived there so you were constantly getting shouted at for talking out side the building, the lift outside was horrible an ready to break down.........oh yeah no air connnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn and do not book if you dont like walking up a huge massive hill to your apartment too haha

I went for the fiestas week in November. I was part of a group of 12 but only my friend and I stayed here with the other 10 staying at levante club. I booked it through teletext holidays and my main grievance is with them not the apartments. It's a residential block with an occasional reception. A non English speaking...

please avoid these apartments like the plague.After paying 10 euros in a taxi to get keys we were told there was not a key to the safe as they were privetly owned. On our 1st night there my husband hid his wallet under the mattress and it had been stolen on our return.No forced entry so someone else had a...

Awful. Very long walk to nightlife and beach. Abusive security guard. Freezing cold pool. ...Just don't go there!!

Was booked for 7 nights at this hotellasted 2 hrs. Hotel was full of workers, There were no holida makers at all, a hostel for imigrant workers. Beeeee Warned we left and booked into anothr hotel, cost us a lot but worth it to get away from this dump. Please pay a little extra and dont stay here.

we stayed in these appartment for five nights. we found the appartment very clean and tidy. There is no reception but on booking you are told this and the sister hotel is only five minutes away in a taxi that only cost 4 euros. If you are going on a cheap holiday i would recomend these appartments to anyone going...

Our party of two adults and two children stayed here for a week in June 07. Upon arrival there was no reception and we had no idea how to obtain the keys (the company we booked with omitted to tell us that the keys were to be collected from elsewhere!). A sign in the lobby area would have been helpful....

traveling were 3 adults 17, 37,40 and 6 month old .we arived at the appartment christmas eve , there was no reception or nobody around to give us our keys so we phoned checkinto who we booked with they said oh you have to go to hotel buena vista to get the keys so me my daughter her six month...
