The hotel was not too bad. I was only bed & breakfast. It is 2 separate hotels one Poseidon palace. The food in restaurant quite reasonable. Staff quite friendly. Maybe a bit further out than I expected. Nearer the old town.
We stayed here for a week in August/ September and found the location was perfect for the beach and the quieter side of Benidorm.

We went on the August Bank Holiday week which is a peak time. We found the restaurant was busy however we never struggled to get a table or food. The staff replenish the food regularly and there are never empty trays left there. We never had to queue for food from the buffet. The show cooking gets busy and there's sometimes a small queue but not too bad at all. There are plenty of tables in the restaurant. We always went at the start of service and noticed it was busier in the second hour of service but there is plenty of staff looking out for tables and showing people to tables.
There are plenty of sun beds and again we never struggled to get one.... There is a no reserving policy in place so no one is allowed to reserve a sunbed for later in the day. We went at various times of the day and always got a bed.
Hope this helps :)
