Have stayed here over a previous summer and it's entirely different then... lively, active, happy, fun, vibrant, heated pool, loads of activities, etc... Over Spring, it becomes a virtual ghost town, with weather not much better than a "pleasant english spring day with some sunshine"... Do NOT book a trip to Benidorm over Spring or non summer months if you...

I went to this hotel for 5 nights with my friend. On arrival it all looks very nice. We went to check in and was treated by a long que which we stood in for around one hour. Having set of from England at 4am, an hour to check in is not pleasant. Finally on checking in we realised that...

There is absolutely no doubt this hotel looks the part - the foyer is stunning, the rooms are spacious, poolside, bars and in-hotel shops are all good, and the spa is the icing on the cake. The entire place, outside and in, is exceptionally clean. But that's where it stops! The staff (apart from 4, see later) are all miserable...

Stayed here for 4 nights over the Easter break with my wife and two children. It really is just an 'ok' hotel with nothing really to rave about (apart from the size of the place which is massive). We stayed on a HB basis and had decent breakfasts and very average evening meals. The food in the evening was so...

Well just got back yesterday from a week's holiday with family and friends at this hotel, had a good time but certain things were not great, if you have more than two people in your party it is awkward to get drinks on a all inclusive basis as you are only allowed two at a time which is annoying when...

Mixed feelings about this place. Value for money was good. Check in was quick and hassle free, beds were comfy, house keeping and general cleanliness of the hotels was excellent, food was nice with plenty of choice. However there are a few small things that can be improved to earn four stars. 1. Queues for drinks - in addition to...

Stayed here with for a short week in the sun with 3 families of friends, (kids and adults.) First thing first, it's not all inclusive! We booked this so the kids could go grab drinks and food at their own will...wrong! Toasties are free but simple things like ice cream and slush drinks are only available at a cost! The...
