Stayed at apartment for five days in September 2015. Exceptional value at this time of the year. The apartment block is situated on a commercial park about 4km. from Cartagena. Parking is easy and free. There are shops, a hypermarket, and restaurants nearby. I had a car but hardly used it, since a 'bus is available at half hourly intervals for access to Cartagena itself. I should imagine a taxi would not be very expensive. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it.
