The hotel is situated directly at the Puerta del Sol, which is it's biggest asset. I booked a room with a "garden view" which meant I was looking out at the courtyard which was approx 2x2metres. The hotel itself is slightly outdated and quite noisy. Showers were good, beds so so.
For the money, this place has everything you need. The location is outstanding and the rooms are small, but clean. Certainly not luxury but perfect for the traveler who likes to be out and about instead of hanging in a hotel room. Staff is pleasant. I would stay here again.
